I was billed $83.50 at 1 a.m. Saturday morning. Thank goodness I have unauthorized charge alerts attached to my ATM card. If you're not set up for it, you should do it now.
I called my bank and they verified that it was a fraudulent charge and that the company was able to bypass their security measures.
They canceled my ATM card and will send me another one that will come in 5 days. They will put the money back into my account within 10 days. I will receive a claim form in the mail that I have to sign and send back and that's it.
They said if I needed to use my ATM card between now and then, I can go to any bank branch and they will give me a temporary card to get me through.
i have a 39.99 charge on my account for Magazine Services that i did not authorize. I have no idea what magazine it is for because i just noticed the charge and they are not there now to check. I want this charge removed and a fraud report made out.

They without my authorization put a charge of $24.99 on the credit card....want it removed...I am on a fixed income.
