Maestro Personal Assistant Reviews
I have read the other 2 people who have complained about this company and kfir alfia's reply to this. In all actuality The first two people were contracted employees and are not entitled to any wages BUT in my case they are breaking state laws that are punishable up to a 3rd degree felony and fines. They talk about the owners background in criminal mischief and then try to make it out as if these two people broke into some interface to find out that information. Frankly, that is untrue. The public data website was a paid site we used and all of use know and knew his criminal record while we worked there. So, that lie was uncalled for KFIR. I am writting because I find that no other place I have worked for has ever denied my wages. I am not talking about the one week contract training agreement. I am talking about the last week wages. I have not received them and the owner states all wages have been paid. THAT IS CERTAINLY INCORRECT. I was not paid the first week as stated in the contract nor my last week. Do the math, that is 2 weeks I have not been paid. State law requires that I should have been payed on payday and yet I am without my wages because someone in that office-steve does not keep a clean payroll department. I was not fired, I walked out. Reply Kfir, reply anyone who wants to talk about me as a employee. I was not a good employee, I did not like the job, nor the way the company was handled and I walked out. YES, that is horrible and a bad thing to do but that is what I deemed appropriate. This company has no structure or employee advocacy, no HR department, nothing to entitle the employees to their rights. I feel mine are being trampled under. The training which was not paid to me is also illegal. I have researched pretty deep and found out that only contracted employees are able to train and not be paid. I am not contracted since my taxes were taken out. So, since the contract I signed did not state anything on the contrary about taxes or 1-9's I think that this company is in gross violation of the law. Me and a few other people have already filed texas workforce claims and intend to be respected or at least have our wages rightfully paid to us. I found that my age was looked upon as me being unintelligent in this company. I knew from day one this business had a lot of issues. We were never made to fill out employee federal documents. As in, 1-9 and when asked where were these documents we were only then 2 weeks later asked by payroll what we claimed, we never filled out paperwork. Thats illegal, not letting the employee handle their own exemptions. Not only that the first week payroll(steve) gave us a .50 cent addage unto our paycheck. Not a big deal but shows a lack of detail. Frankly, this company is in big danger of violation of many many laws. Employees after our training class were being paid for every week of training but our training class still wasnt. I know this because I asked the only part time hired employee-marla at that time. Adam was more of a baby then a boss, he needs his own personal assistant instead of using his call center csr's to come crawling to his beck and call. This is one reason people do not like this job. Kfir although is relatively a nice guy does not take into account that training is a joke. Training is probably the most hilarious part of maestro. I dare you get hired there and you will see for yourself. Security is great. If you get hired there they will know if you are scratching your ear from 40 feet away in austin. Just ask kfir. Anything is monitored, i am used to this seeing as I have been in numerous other companys like this but they take it to the highest levels. Kfir and steve still look at my personal myspace/yahoo account today seeing as I have IP tracers on all my profiles or accounts. Their Ip's show up on daily basis from little elm-where steve is from and the same ip in austin shows up all the time while I worked there. Really its just myspace, the pictures are pretty but stop looking. I find this a violation when you are on break looking at email for them to look at it as well. Which Im sure they have. Here is the deal, I am already in a process with the owner, rick the manager to receive my wages. I also am filing with the TWC with another ex employee and have spoke to my family lawyer regarding possible action. This is a 3rd degree felony and is punishable in court and fines. If any rebuttal is negative I expect that of these people. I will not deny how much I hated this job at all so fire it back at me. None of you however can deny the law however hard you might write your rebuttal because in the end the law wins. This job was not, and will not be for individuals who want more from life. I made mistakes all the time, sure did. Sadly, if wages were payed on basis of mistakes I would be in the red, since it is based on worked hours you are. Andrea Carrollton, Texas
