I am writing this report because my Mom is in the Process of being killed by Horrible Mental & Physical Elderly Abuse she is getting from the Caretakers & Owners of the Nursing Home called "Madonnas Care Home" in Union City CA 94587.
Mom (Ethel) is being held like an isolated prisoner in a maximum security prison and nobody really seems to care about her life or whether she lives or dies except me her son (Pat).
They totally refuse to let me take her to lunch - take her back to her house - over to her friends - and not even out to there front yard or back yard. When I visit Mom Connie and / or Al will sit close for hours sometimes listening to every word we say. She has been there eight months and they illegally Monitor almost every phone call I make to Mom. They will not let her have access to a phone so she can call out.
She is physically and mentally fine and she has been taking care of herself all her life cooking - showering - dressing herself and taking care of normal everyday chores all her life up until Feb.10, 2012 when she got tricked into the Madonnas Care Home (have full details when needed)
Mom is definitely being held against her will at Madonnas and has told me many times to please help herget back to her home to her house in SanLeandro CA and there is no benefit to her at all by being at Madonnas Care Home.
The 2 or 3 people (Connie, Al & Johnnie) are working and / or owners at Madonnas Care Home are all:
#1 Compulsive Liars about about anything and everything they are asked and / or say they do.
#2 Very professional at mental & physical elderly abuse and know how to get away with it without arousing suspicion. .
#3 Have Easily Fooled with very amateur lies and notes a lot of the main law enforcement people that you would think who are out there to find - locate- stop and prosecute elderly abuse quickly.

#1 8-31-2012 Update --- On Saturday 8-25-2012 the "Caretaker" at "Madonna's Home Care" (Name is "Al" - refused to give last name) Assaulted Mom (Ethel Walker) on Saturday 8-25-2012 by hitting her mouth and knocking out "8" to "12" of her"upper Denture teeth" out of her Mouth Mom said " the teeth went all over the floor".
* When i Questioned "Connie" and "Al" many times on Sunday 8/26/2012 on Moms Mouth and Missing Teeth -- "Al" totally refused to Answer or Talk to me at all.day for the 3 plus hours I visited Mom on that day.
* And Connie's answer was simply like always on any question -- "i don't know".
