You can ignore the issue or their representative or just tell the truth. Ignoring the facts only promotes their covert actions and deepest their practises of possible bias/racism. This issue is self explanatory and did not requires a fifth grade education to understand.

Any homeowner reading THIS whom have made a major investment whether it be home improvements, stock market, car, or education will passionately agree that you want good returns for you dollars. As they say "a bang for your buck." Therefore, the average person will do their research hopefully before they sign a contact.

The worst nightmare you can have in the daytime is find out your neighbors paid less. I have always had high critical views of any company that you see all high five star ratings. Believe me ALWAYS, read that one star rating. We all know that anyone can pay their friends to get a "A" rating from the BBB.

If you are not familiar with the BBB companies pay a yearly fee to be listed to advertise their name. You might not like what I have to say but I challenge you to review your thinking on ratings and detest any lies the lies from Ryan Shermis. Unless you confront Shermis's about his ethics pattern of racism, lies, and GREED for profit for self gain his will be a continuation. If you do not take the initiative than WHO WILL? HE are good at writing and using deceptive words on selling the company. As a matter of fact he are great UNTIL you question certain aspects of a written contract. That is exactly what he did on August 18, 2022. I am not one that can be lead down a primrose without reading the fine print. As long as he are being rewarded with a FAT paycheck he scavenge and pick your pockets like vultures.

Now that I have pulled back the curtain exposing the great OZ here's the issue. My inroads begin with Madell after a recommendation during a home construction project in Fiscal Year 2020. I contacted Ginny Mott whom arrived at the residents for an estimate for the driveway and sidewalk project.

From the onset I was told I there would be a $500.00 discount. I was never told why there was a discount but assumed it was because of military affiliation. The project had to be delayed because of other related issues until Fiscal Year 2022. I recontacted Madewell to restart the project.

However, Mott was no longer with the company and was referred to Ty Williams. Williams transferred the project request to Ryan Shermis. He responded "Happy to help. I've taken another look at your quote from 2020, and in consideration of the $500 coupon, I'm able to give you an all-in price of $12,475.

I've attached that refreshed quote, for your reference and review -- and also sent you a copy for electronic signature. As always, we will have a project manager meet with you before the installation date to confirm the scope of work, walk the premise with you, answer questions, and alleviate any concerns you may have." During the exchange of emails I stated "Mr. Shermis-It seems as if there was elements that was not listed within the contract.

In additional I have requested twice as documented an onsite finalization which continues to be ignored. My protocol to prevent any miscommunication from the onset are to clarify the issues from the onset. Therefore, the contract needs to list ALL deemed necessary information to be finalized to avoid any litigation.
