91 year old World War 11 Veteran being brushed off, dismissed, disregarded. Mr. Bill grew up in an era where there was no internet, high techy society, yet where your word and a hand shake was solid and something you could count on and trust and believe in. I am having to fight the fight with him since he does not know anything about email, smart phones, internet, etc. Made ya smile, 3759 FM 1488 The Woodlands, TX., should be renamed "Made ya pissed off", as it relates to this Patient William E. Bice, of Conroe Texas a 91 year old world war 11 veteran, totally dispicable how they are STILL continuing to NOT resolve his issue with a bridge implant Dr. Rossi put in 2 years ago that keeps falling out yet they guaranteed him he'd have a smile he'd be proud of to the tune of $12,00.00, which he took from his life savings!! To date this is still ongoing since July 2017, many broken promises, never have they gotten back with him as promised from Human Resources, and the finance manager, in the last conversation almost a month ago from a Cindy stating the doctors were reviewing this and would let him know, & even with Mr. Bice's worthless far away visit to the Kingwood Texas office to visit Dr. Rossi (the dentist whom performed the work) and I might add this Dr. Rossi supposidely assisted with ABC'S Extreme Makeovers and many of his own patients whom were movie stars and celebrities??!! (So why is a simple bridge falling out after only 2 years?!!) one can clearly see all the complaints on refund issues, products-services, warranty-guarantee issues, on it's reviews, there is your red flag.
All Mr. Bice wants is his money back so he can go elsewhere, to someone whom cares & knows what they are doing, as he lives out his last days. This is more than appauling to do this to anyone let alone a senior, vet. The Last correspondence was: We can correct this for another $3,200!! Mr. Bice's statement to that is, I am not paying for their mistake, he even saw another dentist which has stated that his teeth were ground down too much for this bridge to hold. Made ya pissed off, states it is-was the foods he'd been eating, which I see this response alot on their complaints, seems they are famous for using as a fire back response, on many bad reviews. Mr. Bice's response to that comment: (What foods!!?? I am gumming it!!, They won't stay in!!, and they fall out while trying to eat) I guess made ya smile thinks that since I am 91, I'm senile that I'll do nothing, well they are fixing to find out what it means to do the right thing, to have morals and ethics), no matter how long it takes I will keep pursuing all avenues to get my refund on this money, so I can eat, not suffer any more embarrassment and stress. It's a crying shame that anyone has to be treated this way, especially so for a person who fought and served it's people and as old as he is. In closing Made Ya Smiles motto is: Pleased to provide high quality comprehensive dental care with talented dentists, offer services to help you achieve the smile of your dreams, helping patients achieve the goal of your dreams. Stand up and with hold this statement then Dr. Michael Kesner, owner of 12 franchise locations and growing. Sept 3, 2017 Mr. William E. Bice USS Olmstead, World War 11 Navy 1944-1946 Gunner
