I purchased a puppy from Madame Bulldogs after researching different breeders in Ontario. I made the mistake of not visiting the facility first, and put down a deposit only after few emails exchanges. I was told I could pick up my Frenchie puppy when she was only 6 weeks old, which I thought was too youg. But the breeder re-assured me that it was ok. This was the first red flag.
The puppy (Polly) i purchased from day one was sick with diarrhea it was so bad that even sometimes Polly would poop a white liquid. The diarrhea wasn't stopping so I took her to the vet because I was so concerned about her health. I took the puppy to the vet and they ran some tests. Few hours later the vet informed me with paper report that she has Parvo.
I emailed Madame Bulldogs informing them that if it is possible to return the sick pup and get my money back and she said that she had 3 more puppies in her kennel that she can't have a the risk of a sick puppy between them. She insisted that Polly coldnt have gotten Parvo from her kennel, even though she had diarrhea from day one of me piccking her up.. She really had bad attitude towards me and stopped answering my emails and phone calls.
I spent close to $3,000 at the vet trying to save Polly, but she passed away 4 days later.
