Greg lustig, kevin gluckstal, and rick jordan are main actors in this whole ruse & honest executives who have uncovered the scheme as whistleblowers have faced threats and have been fired without cause.
Macrotrend and aladin capital is investment group and seeks out legitimate businesses in the us and elsewhere saying that they can offer financing and offer investment advise and run a crypto currency operation. They con through use of altered documents to show proof and sources of funds. They enter into funding agreements without any capacity to fulfill their commitments. They use altered documents and through numerous other fake reps, they dupe companies into believing them to complete due diligence docs. Then they use these "investment documents" as part of scam to claim that they have legitimate businesses and assets in the us.
They charge fees and never fulfill. They con legitimate businessmen into working with them and never pay them anything - and whistleblowers are fired or quit and they threaten people who confront them. They breach number of laws in usa and others and operate a fake operation with fake addresses in florida where they can hide from bankruptcy. They do not honor contracts or commitments. They also appear to disobey a number of laws including securities laws See below).
Part of scam is to use these "investment documents" and fees from the us to further support some form of a crypto currency scam in asia and europe. This is aladin coin scam and is very visible below. They use same fake addresses and fake documents and are owned by same people. Some of the of the documents they use also may be involved with some kind of scheme to circumvent money laundering laws in the us and uk.

macrotrend is a bad group and they need to be shut down.
Was doing some research on Aladin Coin and came upon these web postings. What an amazing story. these guys need to be shut down. thank goodness for the folks who made this public.
MacroTrend collects upfron fees upon signing LOI's and IA's for due diligence, legal costs ans 2% of unding amount prior to closing. They issue closing notices, miss the date, set othe dated and don't fund...ever. Aladin Capital, with similar principals as MacroTrend, issued Aladincpoin. Aladincoin is an ethereum based altcurrencypromoted through a MLM ponzi scheme. but profits are paid in aladincoin which has no ability to convert to USD.
MacroTrend Capital Group and Aladin Capital are connected by ownership and false claims of financial backing and capability as well as the use of misrepresented HSBC deposit documents. please see the attached post;
http://behindmlm.com/mlm-reviews/aladincoin-review-aic-ponzi-points-scheme/
And see below the connections between companies
macrotrendcapital.com/team">http://www.macrotrendcapital.com/team
This is a revolving door of team members who are brought on board based upon the capability to fund and make investments. MacroTrend pays no salary or expenses to its employees. All compensation occurs when fundingoccurs which is perennially imminent. The two principals are Kevin Glukstal and Greg Lustig along with Barry Maring.
https://aladincapital.com/management-team/
Similar team members and claims
https://aladincapital.com/strategic-partner/
The public link between the two organizations tying in the claims.
Each investment agreement contains covenants of funding capabilities. MacroTrend trend solicits companies needing funding by stating; 1. They have the sovereign funds and unlike VC's does not have to raise monies to establish an investment fund. They have no funds. 2. They have previously made successful investments. There are no known deals funded. 3. MacroTrend claims to have a Investment Fund that is performing well. There is no such fund. 4. Both principals background details are falsely claiming experience in financial services that are riddled with inaccuracies. 5. MacroTrend has caused financial and strategic losses with each client. 6. MacroTrend has formed a ethereum based currency termed Aladincoin under a new organization called Aladin Capital LLC. This is a subsidiary of Aladin Trust which is a Swiss subsidiary of MacroTrend. Aladin Capital and Aladin Coin were developed using DD fees and Legal fees from MacroTrend clients who paid these fees bases on false claims of funding available. Aladin coin is being marketed in Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, Austria and Switzerland. However, Aladin Capital is registered in the US but no filings are present for Aladin Captial nor Aladincoin. Aladincoin is a pure MLM play and ponzi scheme. See an additional posts;
again - read this stuff online after doing due diligence on these guys. after reading all the other sites i am amazed as the breadth of the scam
i just googled macrotrend to see what would come up and this website and all these postings came up. i did not expect to see all this material online - but in fact this is all actual history and i am sure more will come out. unbelievable that these guys operate like this.
Avana Coin Scam continues - Macrotrend and Aladin been banned in Switzerland and Austria so they change name to continue scam.

I was curious what happened with all the coins issued and went looking for AIC prices on the internet. what did i find??….the scam continues. here is a look into aladin coin secondary markets:
on Buffalo Exchange – AIC is quoted at $0.11 per unit
buffalo.exchange/markets/BTC-AIC
on AZC Money – AIC is quoted at $2.86 per unit
azcmoney.com/trade?symbol=AIC_BTC
notice on AZC Money – you can clearly see that the trades appear to be “robo” trades executed on a 1 minute schedule once per month. hence, they are probably curated/managed by aladin coin or aladin capital to feign legitimacy. you can actually see what appear to be internal automated trades of $30 each to lend the appearance that aladin coin price is improving. what makes this more laughable is that the robo-trades are pricing aladin coin as appreciating in price when Bitcoin has been falling. this is highly unlikely given that AIC trades against Bitcoin. all the more reason this all looks fake. also, notice that all the Aladin Coin apps are not functional. this is a classic sign of a “pump and dump” scheme.
Its a complete scam. Kevin Gluckstal and Greg Lustig of both Aladin Capital LLC and MacroTrend Capital LLC are connected to this. MacroTrend collects fees from companies needing investment upon signing LOI's and IA's. Only they never fund. Haven't done one deal. Another attached scam to Aladincoin. Stay clear.

My company lost millions of dollars and a very important potential partner in business because of Greg Lustig. He handled our business merging and acquisition of a business we had been working with for years, and he destroyed it. He did not know what he was doing. We hired him specifically for the rave in reviews and his confidence in strategy in our first meeting. After we paid him, he did not care about us at all. He missed three meetings in a row. Because of his lack of attention we the deal.
took me for a fee for financing my project. sen him 200,000 for 25 million loan and he took the money and disappeared. i am sick over it. his side kick also is gone. i forget his name. this guy is a despicable human being. made me submit hundreds of documents which i thought made him legitimate. kept saying he had one billion in HSBC ready to lend and my payment is for fees and services. i heard he is now hiding in Thailand and doing same to unsuspecting Thai and Vietnamese people. I understand he has a history of doing this and deceiving anyone in his path. associates, so called clients like me, anyone. He is dangerous and manipulative,. he fooled me good. if anyone knows where he is please respond to this post.

nothing he says is real. i worked for him and saw with my own eyes. i quit before he could ruin me.
Aladin Capital = MacroTrend Capital and its partners, Greg Lustig, Kevin Gluckstal, and Rick Jordon run a fraudulent investment scheme out of florida. They are confidence men using fake bank documents, fake addresses, fraudulent accounts, and phony promises and representations to lure investors and businesses into partnering with them.
They defraud people by making claims to access to soveriegn wealth funding and bank deposits. their investment scam runs through aladin coin.
Underlying this is a crypto currency scam called Aladin Coin. It has also been exposed as a ponzi and fraudulent activity where they use fake bank documents to convince people that they have financial backing. Aladin Coin makes representations that are completely bogus in terms of investment returns, funding, bank deposits and investments.
They use the same documents within Aladin Capital and Macrotrend to perpetuate the fraud. They also use the names of legitimate businesses to pretend that they have an investment portfolio to back the Aladin Coin fraud.
read all about it:

Re: fake HSBC documents:
"I had to laugh when I read that the ‘contact officer’ was none other than the Chairman of HSBC… lol.
Not even sure what the certificate is meant to represent.
Is it a transaction confirmation? If so wouldn’t the sender get that from the bank he transferred the money from?
Is it a transaction receipt? Then it would be a standard confirmation.
Is it meant to be a ‘bank guarantee’ then it would be specific to a contract to purchase.
The bank account number has too many digits (should be 8).
There is no sort code (branch code) and I doubt that the ‘head office’ of HSBC would even have a branch. "

We hired him specifically for the rave in reviews and his confidence in strategy in our first meeting. After we paid him, he did not care about us at all. He missed three meetings in a row. Because of his lack of attention we the deal.

did business with this guy. never again. not one single aspect of his business is as he represented it. he is involved in several untidy business dealings in the US and abroad. no offices, fake documents, misrepresents funding, deals in crypto currency scams. not much more to add.
MacroTrend Capital Group and Aladin Capital are connected by ownership and false claims of financial backing and capability as well as the use of misrepresented HSBC deposit documents. please see the attached post;

Each investment agreement contains covenants of funding capabilities. MacroTrend trend solicits companies needing funding by stating; 1. They have the sovereign funds and unlike VC's does not have to raise monies to establish an investment fund. They have no funds. 2. They have previously made successful investments. There are no known deals funded. 3. MacroTrend claims to have a Investment Fund that is performing well. There is no such fund. 4. Both principals background details are falsely claiming experience in financial services that are riddled with inaccuracies. 5. MacroTrend has caused financial and strategic losses with each client. 6. MacroTrend has formed a ethereum based currency termed Aladincoin under a new organization called Aladin Capital LLC. This is a subsidiary of Aladin Trust which is a Swiss subsidiary of MacroTrend. Aladin Capital and Aladin Coin were developed using DD fees and Legal fees from MacroTrend clients who paid these fees bases on false claims of funding available. Aladin coin is being marketed in Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, Austria and Switzerland. However, Aladin Capital is registered in the US but no filings are present for Aladin Captial nor Aladincoin. Aladincoin is a pure MLM play and ponzi scheme. See an additional posts;
