On June 12, 2016 I bought a prepaid wireless plan based on a marketing poster that was posted inside the store. When I realized I wasn't getting what wasn't advertised, I called the cell phone carrier and was told to take it up with the vendor. The package I was sold cost $10 more than what I shouldn't have gotten ($50 instead of $40).
So I went back to the store, with my receipt (transaction #1013776) and was expecting some kind of refund or compensation for the mistake. Guess what, the a*****e behind the counter acted like he didn't know what I was talking about. In spite of me having the receipt and pointing to the misleading poster on the wall.
He claimed "the cell phone carrier gave me the poster and I just put it up; I had nothing to do with what's on it." He blamed me (the customer) and cell phone company for not getting the right product. Anyway, after venting off for minutes, I realized that this dumb a*s would rather lose a customer instead of $10. So I left the store never to go back again.
