I bought a car from these losers, because they were listed on the COPART website as an authorized broker. They were cheaper than the others. But that was a lie from the start.
First, they make you make deposit before you bid, then if you win they add fees on top of what the auction charges you. This totaled to after $1000. A lot more than the cheap broker fee i was promised.
They would not release the title at the auction to me, and made the auction send it to them first and then they would not send the title to me. I would phone them every day asking for the tracking number as my car was stuck in storage at the border and I had to get the documents before I could bring it across the border. They would lie and say they sent it but then the next day when they didnt give me a tracking number, they would say its going out this afternoon.
Eventually I was forced to pay UPS To pick it up from them directly. Even though they made me pay for shipping, and they billed me extra which i was forced to pay. I dont even know why. Its pure bull.
They then would not refund my deposit to me, at which point I was then forced to call them again every day asking for my money. After about a month they did refund my money. Had I not phoned constantly they would not have sent it back.
They are the most unprofessional bunch of loser you could deal with. Stay away. There is no good reason to deal with them. There are many better companies that respect your business and work to built relationships. This is not that company.
I called M-97 auto parts about a tailgate for a 2008 Ford Edge and was told they had a good tailgate with minor scratches and rust. Than they sent the form for me to fill out. The form that I signed stated all items sold as is and I didn't think that was an issue because I had it in writing on that same form that the parts had minor scratches and rust. They did not disclose that there was major dents on the inside of the tailgate But when the tailgate arrived it was all dented on the inside of the tailgate to where the tailgate had more damage than the tailgate I was replacing and was not usable. All of the damage was on the tailgate before they shipped it and that is why I should be getting a full refund from them. They flat out lied to me about the condition of the tailgate with only having minor scratches and rust
