McEwan-Hinkston has worked in my house for many years doing house cleaning and various other jobs.
Over the past year she became very untrustworthy. I was out of town and paid her for work she said she had done and when I came home she had not done the work. My house was messier than when I went out of town. She also asked me to Venmo her money for wallpapaer she was going to order for me. I venmoed her money and she never bought the wallpaper or repiad me for the money she took from me that I venmoed to her.
I was not able to get a hold of her after she took my money and her husband told me that she was visiting her sick grandparent when in fact she was in jail.
I took her to small claims court to try to recover my losses and she did not show up for the court hearing.
