I need an assistance, and they NEVER answer the phone, what for they have a customer service number???? I paid the money, and I cannot use the sim, I try to go online for chat, they do not respond, I try to call, and it is endless music and never response. What a shame for such a business. I think, they are scamming people.

I decided to port out to different company, and request to have my account number and pin from lyca.
They were asking me a lot of private question over the phone, such as my call history, and last refill methods, etc. If i wasn't the one called in, i would think they are scammers or something.
however, after all verification passed, they still didn't want to give our account number and pin. ! They said they need to send them via message. Okay, 12 hours passed, still nothing came in.
F* Lyca, go back to Europe and India, and do your money laundering business. that is what you are good at.
I ordered a sim card with lycamobile US via their official website http://www.lycamobile.us on Mar 10th 2016 and it was informed that it'll be delivered within 3 to 5 business days, when I checked with lycamobile customer care support agent he gave me a tracking number from FedEx (tracking number 00782572515340) and I checked in fedex website it says that the parcel is delivered and I haven't received it and when I reported about this they registered a case with told me that they are not able to track the parcel and gave me a case # 0315671356 and I called back to lycamobile and informed them the same and they told that they'll send in a new sim once again and promised me that it'll reach me on Friday ie 18th Mar 2016,
i haven't received it and called and checked with lycamobile on 18th Mar once again and they told that it'll reach me on 21st Mar 2016 so to kind of. Make sure I called them on 20th to get the tracking number and track the delivery with it again they told me that the new sim order was processed on Friday only and the sim will reach me only on Wednesday and I asked for cancellation and refund they told that they don't refund. I asked where is a near by store where I can go and collect it in person they told that too is not possible. Very horrible experience for a sim card they made me wait for 10 long days and still I haven't got the sim and no tracking number provided. Request to you look into this issue and do the needful.
