So I booked a hotel for the 27,28 and 29th of January, 10 minutes after booking I called the hotel and cancelled they told me that they would not reimburse my money even though it was 30 days before the booking, so I gavery them a bad review. They then told me if they manage to sell the room and they would reimburse my money. Did Liesel the room for two nights and told me they have $742 of my money but I can't have it in this every race the review first.. I explained to him that if I got my money back I wouldn't go back nearest the review but they will not give me my money and keep avoiding my phone calls
