In November of 2017, we ordered product coded AX-608 from Luxury Spas, Inc. Product was delivered to us in December, 2017, whereupon we contracted with local professional electrical and plumbing contractors to assist in installation and testing of the delivered product. Upon completion of installation according to the product manual, contractors immediately noted that certain components of the product did not work and other components leaked badly when actuated. We conveyed this information to the distributor, Luxury Spas, inc. and received one replacement part ( a pneumatic switch) and one mismatched jet nozzle. Neither of those parts corrected the defficiencies originally noted. We again conveyed this information to the owner of Luxury Spas, (Mr. Jeremy Kaz) with request that he contact us for further assistance. We followed up with a second urgent request. Neither request has been responded to. With the cost of the product and attendant contractor services, we have over $4,100.00 invested in a product that cannot be used because certain components do not work and others leak. We have no way of diagnosing the non-working components and no way of correcting the leaking components, and are now at an impasse.
We trusted this vendor to send us a viable product, and only too late, discovered that his reputation for delivering a viable product has been previously challenged by other dissatisfied purchasers.
If there is any chance that we can recover funds expended for this unfortunate debacle, we would like to learn of such opportunity.
