In September 2015, I decided to purchase what was presented as a new gentleman's Rolex Oyster Perpetual, with 18K Gold, and Stainless steel. They asked for $3600, I offered $3000, which Don told me , that the price is what it costs from dealer to dealer. I made the decision to buy the watch, and they promptly took $3000 from my credit card. I waited, weeks passed, than months. I called, asked them to cancel the purchase, and return my money to my account. George that calls me back, says he cannot return the money, because the watch is in the mail, on way to me.
I watch Luxury Liquidators, at 9pm, 12am, or 1am to 4am ending on channel 158 of Verizon and used the phone number 855-899-9713. Finally, the watch arrived, around mid Nov-begining December not in any original packaging, clearly used, and did not fit any wrist < 7.5 inches. The following day, I called George I was not happy with the appearance of the rolex, and that it did not fit, so needed to return it. I asked George for an RMA number, he responded that he was on his cell phone at the time, and would simply send UPS to pick up the watch the following morning. I had a visitor, and and we both delivered the box to the UPS man, whom George had sent.Then came my chasing George, and customer service, to return the money to the card, which by now, they had held I called looking for my money, never got the refund, than after 1-2 months, George stoped taking my calls. A few months later, all call numbers had no response, or were not in service at Luxury Liquidators, than the TV show dissapeared.
Thank you in advance for any assistance you can provide. I do not have much money at all, but I thought this is something I could save for my son, as a family heirloom and graduation present.

is a company who advertises on late night TV Channel 483 and or 489 10pm to 1am P.s.t. They start out by describeing the item up for for bid and tell you what they claim the true value of the item is and then you must bid for. I purchased a so called diamond ring 14k gold declared value by luxury Liquidators $5000.00 on T.V. Sold to me as highest bidder for $440.00 and $ 40 included as buyer premium.. When i recieved the ring i took it to two jewlery stores for appraisal and both places said its value is $40.00 the diamonds were glass and the 14k gold Fake. I requested to return the ring for a full refund and they agreed to refund and gave me a RMA. Number for the return and said i must wait until 30 days have pasted before a refund is given.
I said unfair , but with no choice agreed. I call back after 30 days, and was told they would process and refund the same week that i called this time. 10 more days passed and i called back and left a several messages on there voice mail and no one returned my call. they do not normally answer the business phone during daytime business hours and i was give a cell phone number for a person name John whom was the only person who gave me the RMA # and said we will refund you. You cannot belived anything they say on TV and What they say over the phone. This company committs Fraud and rips off the public and needs to be sued and shut down . If any attorney wants to pursue this case please contact me , They should not be able to continue being in business with there bate and switch program on live TV. They really only answer the phone late night when taking credit card orders of fake items and no honoring the return policy as stated. Everyone reading this message please do not do business with this company they are truly Cons on TV.
