Stay away from his scammers!!
My husband and I visited Nuevo Vallarta last summer in hopes of purchasing a new property, as we had both recently retired. We checked out a handful of places before landing at Acqua Flamingos. Prior research suggested this development struggled with legal problems and poor administration, so we were hesitant upon arrival. Though we found the units to be reasonably priced, the development as a whole was ran down and suffered from maintenance issues, so we quickly decided to leave.
As we were exiting, we were approached by Rodrigo Hicks Macias Valadez who introduced himself as the owner of the development and he addressed us to Lawrence Taylor of Luxury Beach Real Estate in Puerto Vallarta, He desperately tried to convince us to make a purchase by significantly knocking down the price for the unit that we were interested and we agree.
