Do not take the trial offer to try this product, before you can even order the one product you will have a difficult time, not ordering the additional eye product to get out of the site. I had to immediately call and have them take the eye procuct off, it automatically added it for an additional shipping price.
I received the small bottle and one squirt was supposed to cover the face and neck, no way would it cover that much area. After a few days nothing came out, I opened it and there was no stem in the bottle connected to the squirt mechanish, so I started trying to pull some out with a swab. It feels like you are putting on egg white, and it will make a rough film on your face that can start peeling during the day.
I got another bottle in the mail and was thinking they had made a mistake. I was ready to call and tell them how awful this stuff is and how there was no adequate pump mechanish. I got my credit card bill and on it was two separate charges for $92.99 each three weeks apart. I called and the man I talked to said I had signed up to keep receiveing it. I informed him that was not the case and that I was trying a bottle for the shipping cost, as the advertisement said. He said he could only give a 50% refund. I told him I expected both charges refunded, and that I had not authorized the second bottle being sent and would return it if he would tell me where. He said keep it, but would only refund one charge of 92.99.
I have contacted my cc company and they have given me a provisional credit while they investigate. I looked again at their webb site, it says: When you order your trial bottle now, you receive a 30-day supply of the skin care product for only the cost of shipping!
This is definitely a scam and fraudulent, and not a good product either.
They sucker you into a free trail for$4.99 and in find print they state if you dont cancel within 11 days they charge you a additional 89 dollars All hidden in small print You get stuff with no instructions Stay away from these crooks
There is no mention of a 7 day return or cancel policy. No permission is sought to charge your account as well. The package comes with no information or policy information.
After reading about a sample of Luxirious Skin products and a $5.97 trial, I purchased with a credit card this product. Once receiving the product with questionable mailing labels, I searched for more information and quickly found the numerous reports about the charging of your credit card without your permision or knowledge if products had not been returned within 7 days upon receiving this product. There is no information about returning or agreement to purchase any products when you place your order. Upon receiving the package you also receive no instructions on how to return iproducts nor that you will be charged any additional money.
Upon calling the number and telling "Alex" that I diid not want nor was keeping the product and then asking if my credit card was being charged any more than the original $5.97, Alex informed me that indeed I was. First the amount given was $98.00 and then it was $38.71. I had to demand the address of where to return the products and was told that it would be 24 hours before I would receive an email with the address. After informing "Alex" that I was contacting my lawyer and credit card company, Alex gave me the 5663 Balboa #481, San Diego address. It is a UPS store.
When you order this product, you are only approving the $5.97 amount and nothing more. However, this scam is using your credit card information to charge your account amounts you never authorized. Stay away!
Luxurious Eyes and Skin Internet SCAM. Advertizes that you can receive a FREE sample and only pay shipping and handling.
What is not advertized is that the FREE samples are in fact not samples so if you don't return them - after already paying the S&H charge to get them - within 7 days you will be charged $92.97 for each product to your credit card.
When you call the company they inform you that it wasn't a free sample but rather a trail sample and that it was a 30 day supply. You are automatically signed up for a recurring order. I ended up having to pay over $200 for my FREE sample.
If you have signed up for your FREE sample call the company and cancel immediately.
I orderd what I understood to be a trial size of luxurious skin lotion and eye cream, for shipping only of $5.99. I received teh products- and the containers were very small- and certainly appeared to be trial sized. To my shock, on 4/26/17 when I checked my bank account I noticed a charge that I did not recall for $92.99. Coincidentally, my bank called me shortly after to ask if that we me, as it was an unusual charge- and companies seemed to be charging people who had no knowledge that they were going to be charged this amount.
I called the company to dispute the charge- and was told that I did not "cancel my subscription soon enough... they agreed to cancel any further deductions. I demanded a refund and was told that was not possible and then demanded to speak to a supervisor. I was told none was available and that I would get a return call within 24 hours- that was earlier this week and I still have heard nothing. This is absolutely not rigth. There was no information in the envelop I received with the product. Andt further- the lotion leaves an odd white "mask" on my face... bigtime unethical treatment by a company!
This company uses Oprah as their eye catching point, and then offer you a trial size sample of their product but fail to tell you up front you will be charged $92.00 for each product if you don't call us back in 7 days to cancel when you have not approved them to deduct from your account. You approved only the trial size products and you haven't even got a channce to use them enought to see how effective it is by using the samples.
This is deceptive because the sizes are very small and before you get to use the entire products to see if this is what you like they set up you an account and withdraw money from your account. I dont get to see the results because I'm too upset of how this was handled. The packaging doesn't come with any invoice or receipt NOTHING! Talk about snake vemom this company definitely uses snake tactics! Never use this company consumers! I cancelled this immediatly!!
Just as all the other reviews stated I have also been scammed. I do not easily give up, though, and will continue calling. Luckily my bank said they are willing to work with me. I have been told by 3 people that the subscription, that is deceivingly explained at the very BOTTOM of the screen, has been cancelled but have since received 2 emails thanking me for my recent purchase. I will not pay anything more to this company and I am determined to get my money back. They are scamming people left and right and it is completely unfair. Who honestly scrolls down to the bottom of the screen when everything you need to place the order is in the top. No scrolling necessary to fill out all of the information they want. I have sent both products back and was actually told that my money will be refunded but we will see.
Two weeks ago I saw an advertisement online to try Luxurious Skin for a nominal shipping fee of $5.95. I ordered the product. Nowhere in the information presented did the company say this was a 15 day trial and that I would eventually be charged $92.99 after 15 day for the small bottle sent. This is troubling, because it violates the trust we place in companies to tell the truth. These people are crooks.
I went to their website and ordered both the skin and eye products for aprox $5 each. There was nothing on the website or during the ordering process that told me i would automatically be subscribed to a monthly bill for these products for almost $100 for each product! fortunately, i saw other outscam about this company, so i called to cancel my subscription before it started. The man i spoke to first offered me both products for aprox $100/month, and i said i didn't want that either because their company is practicing deceptive methods and i won't give my business to a place like that. He told me he would cancel my order and i could keep the samples i received. So i assumed that i was done with them. I get off the phone, and within 5 minutes i receive 4 emails. 2 acknowledging i had canceled my order and 2 more with new orders for each product at $38.71 for each of them, and my credit card as already been charged! i called back, stated how i felt about them, the lady told me the notes claim he told me i had the option of sending the products back or keeping them and get charged $38 for each of them. He never told me this, he never gave me that option. I complained, told her i would take it up with my credit card company, and she then reduced the charge to around $20 for each product. I am very angry with this company and i don't care how well their products work. They are deceptive.
Apparently somewhere in fine print they give you 14 days to try this product. This was shipped to my home while I was out of town and never even had a chance to try product and then was charged $92.99. When I called the number I was rudely asked "did you not read the terms ". I explained I had not even tried the product and I want a refund and will return the product. I was told they would not refund. If this product is as great as it claims there would be no need for this ridiculous policy.
Don't be a sucker like I was! This is absolutely a scam! I have two charges from two different companies, and didn't receive anything but one very small bottle that had a broken pump and another small tub. I asked for a different person after she kept talking over me about the terms and she would not transfer me. I hung up called back again and spoke with another girl that did the same. After I told her I was going to dispute it she said she would refund me back 50% of the total amount. This cost me 100 for being stupid and ordering something that is only temporary. I have earned my lesson, no more!
I ordered Luxurious Skin and their Luxurious Eyes on 4/6/17 from a special offer I saw online. I was charged $5.95 for shipping on each bottle, including an additional $1.99. Nowhere did I ever find any information on cancelling, future ordering, pricing, etc. It did not come with any paperwork.
I received the product on 4/10/17. On 4/21/17, I found two charges to my bank account, $92.97 and $92.99. When I called, the lady argued with me that my trial was over with on 4/20/17 and that I had exceeded my trial terms. They would cancel any future shipments but would not refund my money.
I argued that I did not even get the product for four days. The terms are a ten day trial because they allow four days for shipping. She read me the terms on the website but funny I cannot find the website that I ordered from. They refuse to give me my money back and would not let me talk to anyone else because they all follow the same terms and conditions.
I am out $200 for something that I barely had a chance to use, did not have for a full trial, and had no idea of the cost and auto shipment later. This is not right.
What a rip off, charged $180 after the so called 15 day trial. By the time you see the amount charged to your account, it is to late for a refund. What happens is the "sample" you received for $5.97 & $5.99, for the same items you will now pay $92.99 & $92.97. I was told to read the fine print: "If you contact customer service to terminate your trial enrollment within 12 days of the date that you enroll in the Program, you will not receive any additional product and you will not be charged anything else. You will then have 12 days to return the unused portion of your order to our fulfillment facility or be charged a one-time fee of $39.47 (which is 25% of your trial shipments retail price) in which case you may keep the remaining product. Your enrollment date is the date that you submit your order for the trial product.
Beware that when you give your credit card info to pay for the modest shipping fee for the free "trial" of the product, 15 days later you will be hit with a $99 charge and monthly subscription. And the kicker - you can't return the product. The product itself has some issues though it is decent for reducing puffiness under the eyes.
I was still considering whether to buy a bottle when I received an email "confirming" my order. If you have a good product, you don't have to trick people into buying it. This type of misleading sales tactic is very frustrating and acts as my latest reminder not to order stuff off the internet from obscure companies. Don't make my mistake.
The Company offers a free sample for a small shipping fee. The users agrement I reaad didnt say anything about furthur charges nor shipments. When I recieved the second shipment I called and was told I agreed to on going shipments. When I asked where I was directed to the website , TERMS and Conditions section. The screen now has a small scroll down bar on the right I did not notice. When you read further it does say further monthly charges.
The scroll is small and the print on screen one seems to end and no reason to think there was more to read. All print on the screen and product is extremely small. I had to read the product with a 350X reading glasses I borrowed from a friend.
The operator on the phone said they do not acept returns.
No NOTHING in the envelope no receipt, No company name, NOTHING.

ORDERED THE TRIAL SIZE....TWO WEEKS LATER WAS CHARGED $92.97 AND $92.99 ON MY CARD FOR MORE PRODUCT. WHEN I CALLED
