Luxia No. 7 Reviews

I received my free sample after I paid the shipping. Subsequently I received another shipment when it arrived I thought it was a mistake. Today I received another shipment. When I called, I was told that I automatically signed up for succesive monthly shipments with the initial order. if I continued to accept the product it would be discounted 80% (approximate cost $20.00 instead of $97.00). When I asked for it to be cancelled, I was told that the best they could do was to discount my current delivery only at 30% but I would have to agree not to contest the order with my credit card Company or follow up with my attorney.

They could not say if there is a satisfaction guarantee on this product. I offered to send all the products back.

Very poor company to work with. If Shark Tank is really part of this deal, I will revisit my view of SharkTank.

I saw this advertised on TV so went to website to order FREE TRIAL for $4.99 shipping and handling on Oct 2,2017. it was set on table unopened until the 21st when I noticed $98.41 from lunatiluswrink CA USA was taken from my checking acct. i opened box and called number on invoice (which was also a poor excuse for invoice). The woman told me that it was passed 14 days bt she offered me a $58 refund. i said no. I wanted the whole amount. she said send it back since it wasn't opened and gave me an RNA number and address to send it and said it wold take no less than 4 weeks. She hung up on me when I was trying to read it back. I called today and Lucy told me it was received and was open so nothing she could do. I asked to speak to her supervisor and she hung up on me. i called back and spoke to another woman who said supervisors are in a meeting or something and she hung up on me. So I am ot the money and they got the unopened product back from me so they can rip off someone else. I never athorized them to take $98.41 from my checking acct.

I paid the $5 shipping charge, plus additional $9 for skin cream for what was supposed to be a pay for postage only sample. I cancelled the order 2 days later but alas, not to be.

Now they are demanding I return the skin cream at my expense or pay full price. They are offering to extend my trial period but we know how that will end.

Certainly not as advertised. The problem arises when you do not cancel within their arbitary time period or if you do cancel they still want to charge for what was supposed to be a trial. No where does it tell you that you are committing yourself to them for life.

Totally false and misleading

I bought 2 small sample jars of cream a week ago and did not receive anything but a empty box.... no number to get in touch with and no paperwork

I had seen something on the TV about trying this product for free....When I went to the site, I proceeded to order and had to pay for shipping....I was like, ok just shipping....Now my account has been charged multi times and I did NOT authorize these additional charges….I need to know how to go about getting my money back…We cannot afford for this company to be just charging my account….I will be calling my bank to dispute these charges….

The luxia serum offered a free trial for their serum. I paid for shipping, then noticed that there was a charge on my account for 98.41. I called and disputed, but they would not remove charge. It was a scam from the beginning and they are just trying to take advantage of customers. DON'T SUPPORT LUXIA SERUM BECAUSE THERE FREE TRIAL IS ALL A SCAM!!!!!!!

Skin care offered in large print for the price of shipping and handing. Don't be fooled! There is a 14 day trial period buried somewhere in tiny print that then automatically, using your credit card, bills you for almost $200!

This marketing ad is a complete rip off!! They use JOANNA GAINES name and picture and tell you she is leaving HGTV to start a skin care line. Thinking that she loves natural products, I decided to purchase the FREE TRIAL for just $4.99 shipping and handling. It says 14 day trial, but does not tell you they will bill you an additional $97 PER BOTTLE after 14 days if you don't cancel!! THIS IS A SCAM MARKETING PLOY. Nobody ever reads those fine lines, folks! If you don't put a reminder to cancel in 14 days they bill you $97 per bottle. I ordered 2 for $10 total and was billed almost $200!!!! I called and complained and wanted my money back. They HUNG UP ON ME!! I called my bank and disputed the charge. I am not sure if I will win, since it was after the 14 day period, but I am trying. PLEASE DON'T FALL FOR IT!!!! RIP OFF artists!! AND they change the company name with each marketing ad so you can't catch them, you can't find their web site either! This was LUXIA skin care, and it happened to others with a different name of the company, but they still use JOANNA GAINES in the marketing ad!

I like others have falled prey to the deceit of Luxia 7. I ordered the skin care product under the impression it was for a low rate plus shipping. Then a couple weeks later two separate transactions for almost $200.00 was taken from my account. I called 877-894-1964 and spoke with Desiree employee #1458507 on 4/18/2017 and was not allowed to speak with a manager and was hung up on. I then called back and same thing. I had cancelled my account and talked with the fraud department but there wasn't anything they could do yet since I had made the intial purchase. However, the fraud department called 844-866-4621 and they would not give us an address to return the product to and provide any information to receive a refund, their web address is [email protected]

I'm trying to find a way to return and get a refund, if I can do that and provide a tracking number then my bank will work with me for a fee to get a refund if one isn't provided. That's the trick you can't get anyone to talk and give you the information!!!!!!!!! This is very sad on so many levels. So many business depend on the internet for sales these days. Make me not want to purchase form anyone especially not this company. The worst part is this company was started by Heather Dubrow from one of the Real House Wives of Orange County and her husband is a well known plastic surgeon. I guess this is why her business is doing so well because they lie and take hundreds of dollars from people. SCAM, HORRIBLE, UNTRUSTWORTHY, SHOULD BE ASHAMED...........

I responded to an ad on Facebook on Oct. 28 2016, Free trial sample just pay$3.95 for shipping. That turned into $11.75. Never received product so Scammers that have been doing this for a long time. Tom Hale is a name mentioned also. He's in Scottsdale AZ. Recently Global Skin Care Ventures, LLC., same address in Phoenix.. The registered agent on this is Neil Thomson & Andrew Tran, he's out of Fountain Valley, CA. I have more research. Thank you for taking the time for this*

This company has gone to great lengths to deceive the consumer. I paid $4.99 for shipping and the serum was supposed to be free. I looked for autopay in every piece of information provided. Found nothing. There was no invoice in the box and no contact information. The charge of $99 showed up on my bank statement with contact information and I was informed free meant 12 days and there is a no refund policy. Buyer beware

Luxia No. 7 is using internet with dishonest advertising. Their advertising states that you pay $4.95 and $3.95 for product. That is all. It does not state there will be a fee of approximately $100 per bottle in 15 days. I phoned a call center and was offered a full refund or partial refund to keep the product.

I chose to keep the product at $40 per bottle which is reasonable for skin care products and I will continue to try it out. Though ecause of the dishonest advertising though, I will not reorder from them as it feels like a scam. If it sounds to good to be true, that is usually the case.

This is supposedly the new cosmetic line of Angelina Jolie. $5 for her skin serum. You have a very short time before they start sending small bottles containing 1 fluid ounce and charging $98.41 for each bottle. I received 3 bottles with the fourth in the mail. $400. Called the company immediately and was told there was no way I would get my money back but they would happily cancel my contract. I ordered this product because of Angelina Jolie name. Shame, shame, shame!

Luxia No. 7 Skin Care

I fell for the "Free Trial," for skin care products where the only charges were supposed to be for shipping, approx $4 - $5.

This is a subscription lure which I did anticipate - most of us are familiar with these types of sites but what is different about this site is how quickly you have to act to cancel. First of all, the terms are not included in the package and they are not included in the order receipt. The terms are on the website. Luxia No. 7 has terms whereby you must cancel within 12 days or you will be charged $99 for the 'free trial.' Outrageous and shame on me!

I cancelled one day late and this scam company will not refund my money. I am filing a complaint with my state's attorney general as well. I won't get my money refunded but hopefully the AG can pressure these kinds of companies to at least pretend to act reasonably.

Buyer beware indeed!
