I ordered a package from this company on January 17th of 2018. I received an email that the order went through and the $160 payment went through on my bank account. I received a tracking number through USPS with information about my package. The day it said it was delivered, the tracking number said it was delivered to the address of the shipper.
I emailed USPS and asked what happened and they said the package was sent back to the sender for some reason and suggested I contact them to resolve the issue. I emailed Luxe Products USA twice over 3 days, then waited for one more and still had no response. I also called the phone number four different times throughout those 3 days and was sent to voicemail each time.
