I bought a case that was supposed to arrive April 4th. It didn’t arrive until April 16th, and in the meantime customer service was very unhelpful, barely responding to emails. When the case arrived, it was the wrong size case.
I sent it back and asked for a refund. They told me they would NOT refund my money. I am now out $65 and don’t even have the case. This company is a scam. They delete social media posts that make them look bad and block users who call them out.
They delete bad reviews from their site to make it look like their cases have great reviews. I should’ve known better.
This company will not allow negative reviews to be published. They don’t respond to calls, emails, or anything else. They make a phone case/charger but the entrance to where the cable would be plugged in is defective. It is too big to hold the cable and I am not alone in this. $60 down the drain.
I bought via an Instagram ad it took 3 months to arrive the ad said 2-3 days delivery when it finally arrived it doesn’t work. It charged my phone from 20 to 40% then died. They blocked me from Instagram and Facebook and don’t reply to my emails. It’s a scam! Don’t waste your money.
I ordered a charging case for my iPhone 6S Plus on 4/23/18. They billed my PayPal account right away and gave me an order number and USPS tracking number. As of 6/21/18 USPS shows only that a shipping label was created, but they are still awaiting delivery of the item. Their phone does not work. Multiple emails have not answer the simple question of when the item will ship. I finally attempted to cancel the order on 6/19/18. They replied on 6/20/18 that the order could not be cancelled. Emails since then have gone unanswered.
I purchased off of Facebook on 5/9/2018 a battery case for my IphoneX. The product arrived around 5/12/2018. After using it for a few days I noticed the connection to the Iphone from the case was missing. In fact it had lodged itself in my Iphone port.
I contacted the company to report a defective case. I received an email back from them say, We do not warantee accidents. I asked for a replacement again and did not hear from them until I put a review on Facebook. They said they will send a replacement and asked for VIDEOS not the pictures I sent to them. I did that several times and just received a Generic Reply saying, "we'd be glad to send out a replacement but send 2 videos showing the damage".
Nothing has come nor transpired. They have blocked me from Facebook, I have reported them to my bank, which I have to wait a lifetime to get any response and I'm out $65.00 for a product that is subpar and a company that is scamming thousands.
