Now I received a package with an invoice and trying to let me pay them for an order that I didn't pust through.. it is so unfair!!!
I have been sent a make up item that I did not order. It is a tiny tube yet the post packing is extortionate as well as the price they are demanding I pay in 14 days according to the invoice. There is no telephone number or what to do if you are wishing to return unwanted product.

I then received an e-mail from Lux Style that my ordere has been shipped to me. I e-mailed them right away that I never ordered the product. The product was shipped to me with the bill ignoring my response. I responded to send me a prepaid return envelop so that I can return the product. They refused and asked me to pay to avoid legal debt collection case. Up to now they have added 2 late payment fees and continue threatening me to be forwarded to legal collection case. This company "Lux Style" have many bad reviews posted having similar siuation as mine.
I saw an advert on instagram and clicked on then I browse the page to understand what was it then I understood it was a lsh serum but before I entered my address detail and email adress as I thought it was to register for some kind of gift because it wasn't stated that I was buying something. Then on the next page it said pay with paypal with the price information of the product as soon as I saw that I closed the page without entering any payment detail nor accepting to buy anything. However I then received a shipment information email, I emailed them straight back saying that I didn't buy anything so do not send any item. But ignored me and said that if I filled in my address info it meant that I bought the product and they said They can't cancel because it is already shipped but I could send it back once I received it. Also they ask me to pay the postage fees.
After browsing the internet only. I have recieved two products with a very high cost bill. I do not want the products as i would never pay that amount of money for such a product nor woyld i require Two.

I then rec'd notification that my order was processed and would be shipped. I emailed, told them I did not order and did not want the product. I was thanked and 'the order' was cancelled.
A month later I received another notice that the order was processed. I again sent an email repeating the above and was ignored. I then received a notice that product was shipped and I was sent an invoice - almost $55.00 for mascara. I again emailed and was told too bad, it already shipped and I was responsible for payment.
I told them they could forward the money for postage and my gas to go to the post office and I would gladly return it. I will not spend one cent to fix their scam.
I have a feeling that this will still continue but I have zero interest in spending any more time dealing with this company.

Two days later I receive an email "thanking me for the order". No order was placed. I have emailed them to cancel the "non order ". I have not received a reply.

I received 2 products called Quickmax, eyelash enhancer, they arrived today in the post on the 22/10/2016 from a company called Luxstlye.
I did not order these products. I looked at the ad on Facebook and followed the link, it was offering a free trial, I then realised you could only trial the products if you paid a huge amount of money.
I had already put my address and email in the information box before realising you had to pay so when I realised this I decided I wasnt interested and closed the page and forgot about it until today when these unwanted products turned up in the post and they have invoiced me $113.00.
Can anyone give me any advice on what to do now? I am going to return the products to the address on the envelope. I hope this will be the end of any unwanted products.
I would like to file a complaint with their company but I imagine they will be very hard to get hold of considering the criminal nature of their activities. Any help would be greatly appreciated, for any others out there being ripped off especially those who are vulnerable.

So I signed up and saw how much the product was (as well as how much it would be with shipping). I wasn't interested after seeing the price so I left the website and promptly forgot about it. Until I got a package in the mail on Wednesday, October 5th. They sent me 2 QuickMax products and billed me just under $100 and on the invoice to pay it within 14 days. I never ordered this product. I didn't get a email telling me that this package was coming and was very surprised they even sent me it, let alone charged me for it.
In the end, I sent it back and I hope they don't send me more since the invoice said "recurring shipment". I really hope they dont send anymore as they will be all be return to sender.
