This company says I ordered from them I never did and I informed them there must be a mistake cause I never ordered nor received anything from them and they keep sending me emails saying I owe them 124.00 and they are sending to a collection agency. I see they do this alot to people and I'm not standing for it. I will not pay for anything I didn't order

Major scam! When you go onto their website to look at their products they make you enter your email and home address, next thing they send threatening emails saying you owe them money for products that you ordered! I never ordered anything! I tried to tell them that I never ordered or received anything but they keep sendings threatening emails and the fees keep increasing! I reported their site to the Denmark authorities.

I was interested in a foot detox pads and clicked on this site to go to it to view it. I had registered to see the price. I did not follow through with the sale. Next thing I know I receive an email saying they sent me two boxes of this item. I had wanted to see how many pads you would get in a box. I did not order, nor complete a sale. Now they are sending me threatening letters adding a ten dollar late fee charge for a product, I didn't order or did not receive.

I have emailed them back and they have no phone number or tracking number or follow up.

Threatening me with lawyers.

I received the cleansing detox foot pads, With an invoice of 39.85 asking me to pay. I did not order this at all I remember putting info but then got out of the site.

Now I don't know if they are going to take this out on my credit card or what. there is not telephone num.

I don't know what to do or how to cancel this can anyone help. this feels so much like a scam

I saw their ads online. Same thing i was about to order but i did not finish because my card was left at home. So no order was made. Then someone called and ask for my credit card.so i dont feel it right? I refused to give. Then a letter was received stating that i owe them 84$ ??!! But there was no item received. So they keep harassing me to pay. So i told them i would i pay for the item that I didn't received!! So it is a scammers.. suckers. Cheating company. How can you swallowed food from cheating..

While on Facebook I came across an ad for a blackhead remover face mask. I clicked to the site and foolishly entered my address as I usually do to see what shipping costs are. Once I saw what the mask would cost with shipping I decided not to order. Not long later I recieved a thank you for your order email and then eventually a your order has shipped email. Sometime later I recieved the product I did not order!! With a bill for payment due in 14 days or they'd send it to collections. I have send numerous emails refusing to pay. They refuse to pay for the shipping back.

I have tried everything to get them off my back but they just keep adding feed to my total for late payment. They now claim they have a submit order button which there was not. I'm too scared to look and end up ordering more. If you look on the internet or Facebook this has happened to HUNDREDS of people. They send products with bills and then try to force you to pay but threatening you. I have asked for their lawyers information and the information to the collection agency they use and they have refused to provide that information. I don't know what to do anymore!!

Lux style international have billed me for items I did not buy. They have now sent me 3 late payment notices and I have today received an email from a debt collecting company in Australia called ADR Australian debt recovery from. There contact was a mr Julian bosman. I simply looked at there link on Facebook, and did not confirm to buy anything. I only added my address to estimate shipping cost which was too high, this is the only way they have my name and address to perform such a fraudulent and harassing act. My credit rating is now being threatened. What can I do now!?

I would like to inform you not to click on website link to purchase "blackhead killer peel off mask" or any other product from stylelux.co.uk. BUNCH OF SCAMERS.

I clicked on the link and went to process of registration and enter my address. When I saw payment with credit card and decided not buy the product.

I received an email saying my order has been shipped. I sent them an email saying I never ordered anything and I will not pay for anything that I did not order.

I did receive a courier which I did not open as by then I knew they are a scam company, so I did not want to open anything from them. I sent them an email letting them know that I never ordered this product so I will not pay for it.

They kept sending me invoices and kept adding additional late payment fees. Now I am getting emails from ausdebt.com.au. I tried to explain ausdebt that this company has deceptive checkout process. However they would not listen to me and just hung up on me.

What should I do? I have filed a complaint on econsumer.gov.

I ordered and paid for a product called Blackhead killer. Paid through PayPal. I have since recieved two invoice which include a $10.00 penalty on each.

This is simply a rip off and I have no intention of even getting into a discussion with this company.The cost was more than double of what was advertised. I still bought the product and now they are attempting to extort further money.

This company is sending me invoices for products I never ordered. I was redirected to the site from a site I was on and they had some products I took a look at but could not afford . About a month later I started getting bills and now they state I'm going into collection. I have sent many emails telling them about the mistake they've made but no reply !

I saw this add on my Facebook for this black head face mask. I clicked on the link and started filling out to order the product. After I finish filling out the online form I decided to not go ahead with the sale and I exd out of the order process because I thought that it could possibly be a scam. About 2 months after I receive these emails threatening to take legal action against me for not paying for the product which was around $20- $30... with 2 $10 late fees added to the bill. I responded with letting them know that I did not order the product and to delete this account owing. Then a couple weeks later I received two late notices in the mail on the same day but the letters are dated December 13th and January 7th. I contacted the company by email again and theye say that it's impossible to order without pressing the "order" button. They still expect me to pay and they threatened to take legal action.

In the mail I received 2 items fo Quick Max eyelash growth that I did not order. I was surfing the net and this item popped up while I was looking. I did go in to see what it was all about. I did not place an order for this product and was surprised when the item turned up in the post. There was an invoice stating that I owed them $64.85. I didn't think much about it and wandered how they got my address. I received a second invoioce with a total of $74.85 with another $10 included for late penalty fee. If I do not pay within 10 days they submit the right to claim directly to their local law firm that they use as their partner, with associated additional costs. I would accept full resposibility if I placed an order for this product and gladly pay for it BUT I DID NOT. How can I be resposible for the invoice when I did not place the order. Hope you can help me as this is casusing me undue stress.

Once again today I have received a fifth email threatening me the usual You have ordered - no. Pay now - no I like many others worldwide have this insane message telling you that you do things without knowing ie buying from them. Eventually I emailed the Danish Consumer Ombudsman who tell me that my name is being added to a case that they are making about this scam company. Please add weight to it and contact them. This may be our chance to stop this harassing and deceiptful company I have this eyelash serum but god alone knows what would be in it Good luck everyone lets hope we regain our peace soon

I viewed the Lux style website looking at the Black Head killer Product. I was going to order but changed my mind and left the website. A few days later I got an email telling me that my order had been sent. I emailed them back and told them that I didn't order anything, which they ignored. It took ages for the product to arrive. In the meantime they sent me emails telling me they had added a late payment fee, and then another late payment fee appeared and then a third makingt a total of $64 to pay. Each time ignoring my emails that I didn't order from them. They told me that they were going to take me to a debt collection agency.

I had seen an add on Facebook about a product called a peel off ask for blackheads. In order to see the price, you must enter your information (name, address). Once I saw the price and thought it was too expensive, I exited from the advertisement. A month and a half later, I receive 5 packages of the peel off mask with an invoice saying I must pay 29.85$ CND in 14 days. This is such a big scam. I have emailed them saying I am not obliged to return the product nor pay for it under ECC Finland ( European Consumer Centre in Finland) and they have threatened that they will keep sending me bills with late fees until I pay them off. This is not right whatsoever. They are not seeing any money from me.

In order for you to go and get a price u have to proceed to the order screen. Where at the point I left the website because the price was too much!

I got a confirmation email right away saying that they had shipped the item with out me submitting any order. Also indicating that I have to pay because they had already shipped.

Which I keep gettign emails for to pay but I never recieved anything.....

I opened a link of Facebook to view a Blackhead killer mask and was asked to fill out my details to see the price. I never ordered this product or received any goods from them, but they have been sending me an invoice charging me $29.85 for the mask, and every two weeks an additional $10 for a late penalty fee. Their letter is threatening to take legal action if I do not pay the invoice. Can I sue this company for harassment?

I visited Lux Style website though Facebook and browsed on their eye lash enhancer products. To get the pricing, I need to be registerd. Realizing the high cost, I left their website. The product was shipped to me with the bill. They asked me to pay to avoid legal debt collection case. Up to now they have added 2 late payment fees and continue threatening me to be forwarded to legal collection case. This company "Lux Style" have many bad reviews posted having similar situation as mine.

I received two eyelash products in mail today with an invoice for $108.90 to which I was absolutely stunned and damped angry!!!! I live in the UK I was browsing and having looked for their miracle eyelash grower decided that I wasn't convinced and the price way too much for something that had no guarantee As I disabled all form filling is auto as I have arthritic fingers and saves me from excess use of my hands I did no more I did not order Imagine my surprise when in seconds I got an email thanking me for my order I immediately emaied back stating I did not order and would they cancel Another email from them my order had been dispatched! Not for one but two items for £74. I emailed something like 12 times to tell them I did not order and so was not going to pay shipping to return They refused to send me the return postage . Then they urged me to send it back Return to Sender I refused as this was no guarantee of them receiving the items. Then they told me to contact the police and say that someone else had used my details I refused this too Three months later they have emailed me to say that they are now going to put my case in the hands of their own debt collectors with added on late payment fees. I rang the Fraud Helpline got a case number and sent it to these people. It hasn't made a scrap of difference Last email I got informs me that they intend to send me emails until I pay. I don't know what else to do they are bullying me to pay for items I did not order. Here in the UK unsolicited goofs are deemed to be gifts but I don't want them Heaven knows what may be in their products I have no intention of sending any money. Can you please help? This stress is making my condition worse

I was curious to find out what the best face mask products are out there, when I stumbled upon LuxStyle. Their big selling point is all the banners that say money back guarantee. Also, it really helps them scam people out of their money without them even knowing it. Once you've registered and click to see how much the product is, you're informed that shipping varies for different countries and the shipping time are both available on the next page. What any unsuspecting potential buyer would do, I continued on. The next page wasn't shipping, it was credit card information. From any point of view, this seems sketchy, you wouldnt have to enter your credit card info before finding out the shipping info and final costs so I quit right there. I logged out and didn't think of it again. That was on the 24th of December. On the 26th, I received an email that stated "thank you for ordering" and I would receive an email when item was shipped. I replied with the correction that I didn't make the order so there must be a mistake. Sure enough the next day I see another email stating that the item was shipped. No reply of course. I went on the site and no contact just a request to return from which I flooded it with requests to cancel! Now I see all these complaints about this company doing this and I really don't understand why this isn't against the law? A store or company can't force a sale on someone unsuspecting. I won't be accepting the item if it arrives by the post office so there won't be a confirmation of pickup therefore sent back. These crooks aren't getting a single hard earned penny and I KNOW I'm not breaking the law.

I have been scammed by luxstyle a few days ago . I saw the ad on facebook and checked the product out. I havent even finished the transaction i was just checking how much it cost and i exited the website as it is becoming odd as every page they will offer some mor products for you to buy so i just went back to facebook. After a few hours i think they messaged me the invoice saying that they have seny through my order which i didnt make!!! I immediately emailed them to cancel it because i didnt even make the order! They said that it has been shipped through. After a few days they sent me an email about debt collection case on me if i havent paid after 10days. This is not right that is why i am reporting it. All of the information is misleading and tricky! I have been doing my research and there's a lot of people wo have been scammed by this company that is where i found this website.

I have been receiving emails again from them and generic ones from their customer service. I told them that i am not going to pay what i didnt purchase myself. Beware of this company!do not just click do think first before you do it! I decided not to answer them and will try to block if i could.

I loged to LuxStyle add about eye mascara did not submit order. However second later I received e mail that my order has been shipped.. Immediately I e mailed back explaining that I don't want their mascara, to that e mail I received no respond. Few days later I e mailed again respond was that I can return product even after three weeks of use. I had no intention of using they product or dealing with by now eve dent to me very dishonest company. I retuned package as soon as arrived, although they address was scribbled over to prevent it from returning it. I had to look for address on invoice and rewrite it on envelope. Now they are sending me threatening e mails wanting over $85.00 for two mascaras made in China. Don't deal with them. Don't touch them . Very dishonest and unethical company if is company at all Keep away.

I visited Luxstyle International site to see how much their eyelash serum cost compared to other sites. When I saw how much it cost I quickly exited the site and did not order the product.

Subsequently they sent me two lots of eyelash serum which I told them I was returning as I hadn't ordered the product ad didn't want it. They assured me this was fine and the serum was returned to them 2nd class through Royal Mail on 30th November 2016.

I received a letter from Denmark yesterday (21/12/16) back-dated to 13th December 2016 stating that I now owed them £78.84 for a product I didn't even want and in addition, as I was late paying for their unwanted product, they had imposed a £10 penalty fee! Cheeky bastards! They are now demanding that I pay within 10 days or they will threaten me with debt collection. They can get stuffed!!

I reiterate NOT at any time did I place an order with them neither have I received anything from them . I wrote back to them on several occasions telling them so. I then received a document stating I had placed an order to sign and to confirm non receipt! I was willing to sign a document of non receipt but not to confirm I placed order as I never have ! I am now receiving invoices threatening debt collection and added costs. This is a scam they are threatening and bullying people to obtain monies from them . I refuse to be coerced in this way and more public should be made aware of this scam . There are lots of other reports on google and Facebook similar to mine what they are doing . I just read a complaint that mirror my situation. I inquired about the eyelash product. And the next thing I knew I received an email the next day stating your item shipping. I immediately emailed them and told them I did not order this product. Next thing I know I receiveed it in the mail. We emailed back and fourth. I told them that I never order this , never gave confirmation or billing info. They continue to send me a bill threatening collection and added $30.00 late fees in two months. I told them several times I did not order this product and it has not been opened. I was going to send it back but it cost $13.50. Why should I pay for something I did not order. Sending letter requesting paid postage and I will return product. I'm sure they are not going to. This company is a fraud and they are scamming people. I have copies of all my emails to them stating I did not order this. I told them I felt this was a racket and obviously something they do all the time. They continue to send me letters and emails. There website is designed to bill you as you are just checking out their products.. Something need to be done. Please beware!!

A couple of months ago I saw this ad about a lash growh enhancer. So after signing up( because they won't let you see the price of the product unless you do) and seeing the price of product and the outrageous shipment I forgot about it. I tried returning the product because the letter that came with the product said I owed them $100 for the product and the post pffixe said that I couldn't ship it to the address on the letter. I tried contacting them and never got back to me. Now they sent me another letter saying I now owe the the price of the peoduct plus 2 late penalty fees!! The letters also states that if i do not pay they will report to better business bureu!!!

I was looking through the web site at the eye lash enhancer but didn't order it, next thing it arrived in the mail, and I was away. When I got home there was a demand for payment for the amount plus $10.00US for late fee . I sent it back but I am still getting demands for the increased amount, plus more for the late fee, plus threats for payment to avoid legal debt collecting. This is bully tactics and could really upset some people.

Last october 28 luxstyle emailed me that they receive my order and soon will be ship the package. Immediately on that day i reply to their email saying that i don't order anything from them and to stop sending the product to me. Auto machine replied to. But still i send them another message thru curiosity if what kind of payment i did if i order from them. October 31, they emailed me that the product is already ship out and ready for delivery and need me to pay 104 cad. I replied that i didn't order anything. At the month of Nov, i receive the product and the product was still on me. The product is still in good shape cause i didn't open it. And now dec 5, they're threatening me if i dont pay they will file case against me. How could i pay if i didn't order anything from them and i didn't want to waste money to send this product back? I received a package in the mail with an eye lash quickmax serum that I never ordered. They took my mailing information and sent me the item and an invoice for 54$ requiring me to pay. I emailed saying I will not be making a payment as I did not agree to pay for this item nor did I order it and here is the email I received is below. Very shady and obviously a scam. Hoping others will be able to close down the company and expose the scam.

I viewed the Luz style site but have to put all my personal info before I can view their product.. This is the quick Maxx eyelash growth enhancer. I didn't order the product then few weeks after it came asking me to pay.. I emailed them asking for a return label but they refused to send me so I went to the post office and I was asked to pay $40 for the shipment so I emailed them again., if they can just let me pay for half the price that they are asking me to pay which was $94.85. but i didnt get any response. Few weeks after they are billing me $114.85...Asking me to pay in 10 days or I'll be subject to a report to their law firm and I'll be paying additional cost.

I came across a pop up add on Facebook from this compnay and to see their products and get access to their website I had to register with email address and name - I decided to buy a blackhead peel off mask but a few days later decided I didn't want it. So I contacted them through email to cancel the order. They told me they were not able to do so because the product had already been shipped. They told me to return the items unused once I received them.

The products never came. During this time, I got an email demanding payment. Which I refused pay, based on the fact that I wasn't going to pay for something I did not have.. not to mention, I no longer wanted the items which I requested to be cancelled. They sent me an email threatening legal action if I didn't pay the invoice.

They also ended up sending me some document for me to 'sign' so they can investigate whether the item was really shipped or not. I refused to sign this. I am NOT putting my signature on anything.

Again, back and forth emails.. they're not giving me a resolution at all. All their replies and messages are generic - not a hint of personalization or human feeling to the emails at all. Very robotic. So I know that no one is really taking care of you in the "customer service" sense of the word. This went on for about a week or two of the back and forth emails..

Almost a month later I get the product. 5 little packets of face mask and and invoice for $35.00. HA!

Told them I received the items, and for them to send me a paid enevelope so I can ship it back to them. They refused to do that. Now they're fighting with me to pay because the 14 day return policy has expired. I was livid! They knew I never got it. They knew I wanted it cancelled. But now there's a policy where after 14 days I can no longer return the product???

They told me that if I ship it back it was going to be rejected by the warehouse and I would still be liable for the cost of shipping plus the product plus any late fees.

THESE PEOPLE ARE CRAZZYYY!!!!

They refused to cancel the order a few days after it was placed.

They told me to return the products unused once received.

The order never got to me. Meanwhile during this time They demanded payment or threatened legal action.

Once the product got to me almost ONE MONTH LATER, they refused to accept it back because the 14 days return policy had expired.

They continue to demand payment til this day. This started back in October.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE. All they want is your money. They're a scam.

Don't give them your credit card numbers or anything. This company is probably not even real. It's probably just a guy at home sitting on his computer using different names pretnding he's customer service and ripping people off.

I saw this add in Facebook and i wanted to see the price because they dont show it so i click on it and after filling details only they show the price and once i saw the price i didnt want to buy, too expensive but they send me the item and when i got it i wrote an email straight away asking them to send me a label or a bag for me to return the item with they reply that they dont send labels or bags just pay, a month after i got another letter with an extra $10 penalty fee, sinde then and 2 letter more and further $20 extra fees now is $93.90 what they me to pay for something i never purchase.

THIS COMPANY RUN A PROMOTION ON FACEBOOK IF U CLICK TO CHECK ON THE PRICE OR ANYTHING, U NEED TO FILL IN A FORM WITH UR DETAILS.

THE NEXT THING U KNOW IS U ORDERS STUFFS AND U WILL RECIVE IT IN UR POST WITH A BILL. IF U WANNA RETURN THERE IS NO ADRESS OR ITS IN ANOTHER COUNTRY WHOCH U HAVE TO PAY FOR.

AFTER FEW DAYS THEY WILL SEND U A REMINDER TO PAY WITH EXTRA PAYMENT.

This site tricks people by saying they need. 10 females to try their product . They make it sound like it is free . It is not free ! Once you have entered your details they will send you products you did not order ,they will send a bill and threaten you with late payment fees ! Do not enter any of your details . Not your name or your email or your home address ! I have sent them an email telling them we won't be paying for something we did not order nor will we be paying to post it back. I will also be reporting it to cyber crime. Rip offs , scammers . Need to learn to make money the legit way. From a New Zealander
