Placed order late June, order sent July. Their sizing charts are off by long way, so all items were too small, and I even orderd two sizes up. They would not give me any solution other than a $15.00 coupon for future purchase.
Used the coupon and added another two sizes up, but was still too small. To date, I have resent the same informtion to no less that eleven people but not one person will use that information to get the proof of receipt of the merchandise. My attempts to forward proof of receipt comes back as undeliverable as I am evidently only able to "Reply To" their emails.
They are too stupid to consolidate their returns department so no one knows what is going on, OR they are being deliberately obtuse to scam me out of the coupon amount as well as the original purchase. I only found out the merchandise comes from China after ordering (took around three weeks to receive), and they didn't let me know they had a State side facility until well into the struggle with them regarding a cash refund.
My refusal to accept a store credit or coupon for their poorly made, improperly sized clothing must have shook something loose in someone as they send me a specific person to whom to send the return at the address supplied.
I have reported them to the BBB and the USPS, and they are still requesting information provided them in each of the (to date) 15 emails regarding this rip off.
Luvyle has been refusing to process my return, which was for half the things I ordered because their sizes were not consistent and have little resemblance to US sizes. They would repeatedly ask for order numbers and SKU numbers, sizes and descriptions - often one at a time, or a different person would respond and start the process over again.
After 4 rounds of emails, I finally got a return address, but I had to threaten them with reporting to payment sources just for that. But now the USPS reports there is no one there to take delivery. Avoid shopping with this company.
I ordered a specific item (blouse), in a specific color (gray) with a particular item number (LV_2813252888). I received the blouse in blue. When I first notified Luvyle, there was a runaround (several emails) in which they kept asking me the same questions.....like order number, item number, send a picture, etc. I responded to all of these.
Then I was notifed that the part number I ordered was for blue.....not for gray. I responded with the link to their catalog showing the item number as GRAY.
This was followed by many emails, most of which were repetitive and some beginning as if it were their first notice of the problem....asking me the beginning questions again.
Finally, I thought we have reached agreement. They asked that I send them $9 allowing me to keep the blue one and receiving the item in GRAY.
Well, stupid me, acting in good faith, sent the money to them. They have acknowledged receipt of the paymant but have NOT sent the gray.
I have engaged in another round of emails to no avail. I notified them a week ago that if I did not get the shopping information within the next 3 days, I would report them to the Federal Trade Commission, which I plan to do, but am filing a report with you first.
I ordered 2 tops according to size measurement charts given. When my order arrived, both tops were extremely small. I tried to work this out with their Resolution dept, which is a joke. Tried PayPal, Luvyle wanted me to ship prepaid back to China! They finally promised to refund half, still nothing 6 months later. They are not honorable.
I ordered clothing from this site in November of 2018 and received them over 1 month later. Although, it was stated that I'd receive clothes within 7 days. All 3 shirts were entirely too small. It took them over one month to give me an address to send them back to. I spent $30 returning them.
Now they say that they do not have the clothing. I have spent over $100 on three tops that I could have gotten off of the Wish app for a fraction of what I paid. My goal is to warn others so that they do not have to go through this. I do want my money back.
I have never received a phone number to speak to anyone. They have destroyed my trust in online shopping.

I have a copy of the entire email interchange.
