Luster Skin Reviews

I thought I had purchased a product with no further obligation to purchase more product. I responded to a advertisement, which led me to fill out a form including billing information for a one month sample of cream and serum for $4.95 and $5.97 which I was charged with no problem. As a good consumer I checked for any conditions subscriptions and did not see any specifics. The receipt do not mention anything about a subscription or trial offer. All that was mentioned was Thank you for your purchase of Luster Eye Serum and Defying Cream. I spent a hour on the phone arguing with them. I never authorized the charges, nor agree to authorize charges while she told me I did, The first woman I spoke with was rude and cancelled my account at my stern request. She then hung up without any resolution. I then immediately called back and spoke with a man any received the same treatment. The only thing they offer back was 35%refund. That is unacceptable to any consumer. So, in other words, there is still a total of 57.00 in dispute, this company should be reported by every woman cumsumer. They should be put out of business. I’m very angry,,,

This company offered a free sample of a product called "Luster Age-Defying cream" for the skin. They required a shipping fee of $4.

The sample came. Then one full-size of the product arrived, which I did not order.

My credit card was charged $100 on February 07, 2018

There was another charge of $100 on February 22, 2018. (no product arrived for this charge)

I called the 800 number and the person said I had agreed to, after a 14-day period, purchase the product on a regular basis, charged automatically to my credit card

She said she would cancel future "purchases."

I ordered a sample product on my phone from an ad that came up on instagram for the stated amount of $4.95 shipping.

The confirmation ended up being for two products with an additional 5.95 shipping-- although I only ordered 1 product. I received two products that felt like egg whites on my face.

Today I received another bottle without having ordered it. I called to return it and spoke with David. I was told I had a subscription. I did not sign up for a subscription. They would not accept product return nor issue a 100% refund. He offered a 30% refund, and then a 50% refund. I told him I would dispute the charges.

I went to my credit card and discovered I was charged 4 times in 1 month by:

Luminous Beaty $92.99

Miracle Skin Products $92.99

Bahotese*Eyerefre $92.97 (twice)

These are being treated as fraudulent charges by my credit card.

I have read an advertisement on facebook by a company Luster skin to order free samples of two of their famous skin products for shipping charge of about 5 dollars.

I have never received any samples, but a month later I received a package with a cream and eye serum tha has no paperwork attached nor price or explanation. At the next month bank satatement I was shocked to be charged $100 for each of those products I have never ordered!

I called the number on the bank statement and it transfered me to some Indian person who was trying to explain there was an agreement which is a lie and he cannot help other than cancel my account. No refunds possible, no returns. I was upset and kept complaining and he said he will talk to management and get back to me ans put me on hold. I a few min. he came back that all he can refund me 25%. I said it is not acceptable I will report this company as a fradulent company steeling from people.

He put me on hold again and then he came back with an offer of 50% refund as a max. I am so upset that this is really happening! How many people were simply ripped of and someone made thousands of dollars or perhaps more and there is no justice to report them? I cannot believe that. What world do we live in? Scumbacks who are lying to people and stealing from them just to fill their pockets ? Does that make them happy? Can they sleep well? Can they walk around people knowing that any one of them can be their victims?
