So like a dumba**, I ordered the Luster Eye Serum and Luster Age Defying Cream samples, only having to pay for shipping and handling for both. Never read anything about automatic subscription or cancellations. So imagine my surprise when I see a charge for $92.99 from the same d**n company. Emailed customer support, which came back "Do Not Reply, please call 888-506-6140." I called and explained the situation and was told that I signed up for a 14 day trial and if I did not call within the 14 days after I placed my order, then I would be charged full price. I was still confused, as I had not gotten another shipment and no shipment was coming for the $92.99 that I was charged. "The company will not allow me to give a full refund price but I can offer a 30% refund and cancel your subscription." Giving the guy some choice words, because LEGIT companies will always offer a solution, even if needing to refund the entire amount. I asked him for another number to call which he responded with "I am not allowed to do that." Bull fn s**t! Gave him some more choice words and told him how pathetic he is to rip people out of their hard earned money. Told him to refund my d**n money. 30 fn dollars. He asked me if there was anything else he could do. I said "yea, give me a number to someone above you." I was hung Up on. Called the number back several times. Busy signal. Shocker. This is the 3rd mf company to rip me off. I'm done with internet shopping. Just as bad as the fn homeless people begging for change. Don't know who to trust. Smmfh...

I did NOT authorize two charges of $92.00 on Dec. 20 to JVCOMMR*LUMINOUS CA JVCOMMR*, BLOOMING BEAUTY CA BLOOMING and I am disputing those charges.
Unfortunately, I fell victim to a deceptive product advertising scam on Facebook on Nov. 15 when I responded to an ad for a face cream and an eye serum. The Facebook ad led me to a form to fill out, including my billing information to purchase one-month samples of the cream and serum for, respectively $4.95 and $5.97, which I was charged with no problem. As a generally savvy consumer, I checked for any conditions or subscriptions and did not see anything of the sort.
My receipts, attached, do not mention anything about a “subscription” or “trial offer.” In fact, they say, Thank you again for your purchase of Luster Eye Serum” and “Thank you again for your purchase of Luster Age Defying Cream.”
Nothing in the packaging mentioned a “subscription service,” nor do I recall having to click on any such terms of agreement to complete the purchase. (Contrary to what they say, the ad DID NOT redirect to their web page, which does have a terms of agreement).
In any case, I was under the impression that I had purchased the product with no further obligation … until today when I checked my accounts to find that on Dec. 20th that I was hit with two charges of $92.99 and $92.97 for the same products I had already received … NOT for additional products, but for the same products that they had already thanked me for completing my purchase.
I spoke with a gentleman on the phone about these charges and was told that they could not issue any refunds and I told them I would be contacting a lawyer and making a report of this scam.
