This is a bogus company that is saying they have a product that they don't have and cheating people out of there money for Luna Wigs
The total cost of my order was $25.89. My order was to be shipped in 7-12 days. I put in my tracking number along with my order number there was no trace of my order.
I finally went on luna wigs to see the reviews about this company and found other customers had been rip off by this company. Something needs to be done about this company. I got in touch with my bank so they could handle this situation for me to get a full refund.
I ordered one burgundy and one black wig and still haven't recieved them. I don't need them now. I want a refund.
they were 39.00. Charged on a visa card.
I ordered these wigs and received them appx a month later, the wigs was awful. The wigs were not what I ordered, they were worned and smelly.
The wigs were totally different, colors and styles.
I am not satisfied with these products want a refund.
I ordered one wig from this company in Dec 2019. Nothing yet!!! I did a search on Rip Off and found there are other persons that either ordered from and have rec'd from this company nothing like the picture they ordered. I also found this company is being investigated for false purchases.
I would not by anything from this company if you have send it back, UNOPENED!!!!! If you haven't.... DON'T!!!!! Save yourself the headache, go someplace else.... They are not located in America, they are over seas. Do not give them your credit card number,or even better, shop someplace else!!!!!!
I order a wig from them the first part of Dec 2019, Never rec'd my order. it is now almost mid- Jan 2019.
They sent me something completely different from what I ordered and refused to refund my money back
luna wigs.com send out defective wigs that is not as described then tell you if you want full refund to return it where you pay the shipping cost to get full refund, or accept a 50% refund to keep the wig . The wig is no good it cannot be worn at all on anybody and it is not what i ordered!!! Shipping to China it's cost more than the wig, dispute with your credit card company so that they can help you revert the transaction and beware of these companies from China this company makes it harder for the legit companies in China

I ordered two wigs a couple of weeks ago and it was looked nothing like what I ordered and it was the wrong colors. It was also cheap quality.
Did not send the wigs i ordered and the package had no return information.
Paid for a human hair wigs on website. Ordered wig July 5th, did not receive until August 1st. Sent several emails to find out what was the delay. Was told it was a delay due to shopping company. Received wig and it is horrible.
The wig was not the same as the picture. The texture feels like some type of animal fur, and was the wrong color. Took the net off and it shredded everywhere, and have a weird smell to it. I was not going to put that on my head. I have emailed and requested for a refund, still no answer.

First, an ad pops up on Facebook somewhere (unsolicited), you see pictures of black women with beautiful wigs on. The pictures LOOK LIKE the models; real hair. The ad reads "Beautiful lace fron wigs for $19.99 ea!"
When you go on the website to order, you begin to see "Free Shipping Over $39". I ended up ordering (2) wigs for a total of $65. tax, s&h so that I could qualify for the "free shipping", Most of the wigs are above that advertised $19.99 price!
When the wigs finally arrived, they were tangled, synthetic hair and had NO BABY HAIR ior lacefront/cap! NOTHING like the photos!
I wanted to return them but there was no way I was mailing back to China and I've sent them email for a refund and return shipping label, with no response!

I reluctantly agreed to 20% discount (less shipping cost which result in $45. 58). They had the audacity to refund me via pay pay $11.39 instead of my full refund of $55.58 or the discounted amount of $45.58. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FAKE COMPANY! If I could rate them a NEGATIVE ZERO I would. I repeat.......DO NOT even take a peek at their website. This is a deceptive company advertising wigs for Black WOmen. You wouldnt put these wigs on a dog! Iwould rate them a Negative Zero if possible.

Product not as pictured. Poor quality and color. They don't provide return address for refunds and the email address is not receptive. Emails keep.Bouncing back. They are a scam and i want my money back. They should not be allowed to advertise on social media
I purchased 3 wig's online that took over a month to recieve. When they arrived they were not the item's ordered. They used JENNIFER HUDSON as one their photo's of hairstyle types to get consumers to purchase the wigs.
It is a scam on behalf of the LUNA WIG website online! DON'T ORDER FROM THESES PEOPLE! IT IS A SCAM!
