Purchased Groupon for 40 units of Botox at a great price. My sister did the same. We went together. Dr. Dutt was very abrupt with us and did not like When we asked her questions. She turned her back to us when drawing up the Botox. We asked how many units where in 1 vile. She replied "let me do this and then I'll answer your questions." She did my sister first and was very aggressive with her needle insertion technique. She would move the needle around lift it up under the skin , some areas she would go deep. All injection sites were bleeding quite heavily and the fluid which was pink and clear in color was running right back out of the
insertion site . While she is doing this she stated I'm not going to have enough to finish your face, but I can sell you ten more units for 140.00 My sister said you can't let me walk out of here with half my face done, she replied"like I said I can sell you ten more units for 140.

My sister asked her why I was bleeding so much, she replied" sometimes it happens". She also said don't ask questions until I'm done . Once finished she said give me good ratings. My sister said is there any after care instruction, can I lay down? Dr Dutt again became agitated and smacked her lips, rolled her eyes as if how dare you waste my time, and said yes you can lay down. I have never in my life been so disrespected by a doctor such as I was that day. I
became very concerned about what the end results would look like due to the random placement and all the bleeding. I bruised all over my forehead and sustained eyelid dropping and sunken eyes as a result. 1 month later my forehead is still tender and any muscle relaxing has already started to reverse. The lines are back and I can move my eyebrows again. I believe three things, the Botox was extremely diluted, old, and the amount I paid for, I did not receive. My sisters face is terribly distorted. Numerous calls where placed to the doctors office with promises for return calls. My sister went down to the doctors office and was treated badly
and told Dr. Dutt that she would proceed with legal action. The doctors reply was good luck paying the court costs.

As she was getting everything ready I asked her how many units of Botox were in each vial (wanting to make sure I got what I paid for ) she would not answer my ? She was not even on the second vial of Botox when she said to me she was not going to have enough to do my crows feet or bunny line but she will sell me more $140.00 more , now I had 50 units of Botox injected in my forehead , crows feet , bunny line and under the eyes wellnobe eye , when she said I need more for the other eye !! Now we were up to 55 units of Botox!! Really I know she would have left me leave there with one under eye done and one not if I had not spoke up!! I know she did not give me 55 units of Botox she made me buy more but
truth be told I believe she only gave me 40 all together !! She made the comment more than once she makes no money off it because Groupon takes so much !! Finally I could not take the un professional attitude from this ruthless doctor anymore so I made an appointment to see her when I got up there not only did I have to wait an hour and 20 minutes to BE seen I also had to put up with her disrespectful, ignorant , un caring attitude !! I would not take my dying dog to this lady!! Please let it be known two un expecting clients to read the reviews on this doctor and complaints . I really wish I would have instead of trusting the advice of someone I thought did their homework on this doctor!! I do not want anyone to go through what I did !!
