This man is a real scam artist. He tries to win over his client by giving them a line of bull; telling them everything he is going to do for them to help get an upgraded roof,, etc. He calls the Insurance Company and tells them they are paying enough. He does a fairly good job - but it takes forever, no work ethic. He shows up at 12:00 noon and leaves at 3:00 or 4:00. He considers himself ALL TRADES - - and then charges profit and overhead. That is against the law - - can't charge profit and overhead unless there are 3 sub-contractors on a job. He doesn't sub anything out!!! and tries to charge 20%.
Also, he charges for things he doesn't do - - so be careful - make sure you look at every items on the itemized worksheet and hold his feet to the fire.
He tried to scam my insurance company over $2800.00 - - - - I have been a construction project manager for 25 years, so I was on to his game right away.
I would NOT ever use him again or refer him to anyone!!!
