I ordered the free trial that I was to only pay shipping It said nothing about sending this once a month. A friend was at my house and saw it on the table and told me . I said no it said nothing like that . I called to be sure and found out this was true . This is crap . I cancelled my credit card so they could not bill lit again. The man told me i could not cance but continued to talk to his financial advisor and offered me a lower price . i said NO i do not want this product . I t has been less than 14 day s. They said they will turn me in to the credit company and collections. This company is the biggest scam i have seen . Do not fall as i did.
This company sends two products in one "trial offer". When you cancel your trial offer, you're only actually unknowingly canceling one product. Then they keeping sending you the other product that was in the trial offer and continue to charge your credit card $90 bucks each time. When you call them about it, they refuse to refund your money!!! Very dishonest company! Stay far far away!!!!
Lumare Skin Anti Aging Serum. I found this product while I was on Facebook. It said they would send it for free only Shipping & Handling $5.95. I received the product within 5 days. I called and cancelled with in the 14 day trial. I was still charged $98.71.
I called them and they said I did not call withing the 14 days and was charged the full amount. I argued, asked to speak to a suppervisor and he said he was the super. So I got nowhere at all.
They are a scam to charge your account no matter what. Be careful.
Purchased this product on a facebook Advertisement of a 4.95 free trial. There was absolutely no indication that further shipments and charges to my credit card would follow. The product is inferior and DOES NOT work. I was charged 96.36 for one bottle, than two subsequent shipments came unauthorized with a charge of 96.36 each. I called customer service where I spoke to two different individuals both extremely rude and uncooperative. They refused to take the product back and refused to refund any money telling me I took to long to call them. I explained I had a death in my family and they told me that was not their problem. Regardless of the time it took me to call, I should NEVER have received nor be charged for further shipments which were not authorized. This is a complete SCAM. You will find numerous complaints on line. DON'T fall for it. The worst company I have any had to deal with.

I received the product and began to use, following the instructions on the bottle/tub. Haven't noticed any difference at all, and it has been one week. Received notice today from bank that EKA had obtained a pre-authorization on my account for $98.71. When I contacted the company, I was told the "free trial" included a monthly subscription to their product, and I would have had to cancel within 15 days to receive a full refund. The rep "could" give me a 50% refund and cancel my subscription (which I didn't even know I had!). So, the free product cost me $11.90 to ship, plus $49.35 to cancel. Not such a great bargain! And it doesn't even seem to be working! Do NOT buy this or get scammed into a "trial" offer.
