I was on my PC at Lumanere filling in my personal info , when i got a call on the phone from the website so i answered. She started asking about all the info that i had typed in and answerd all her questions . I will never answer the phone next time. Next i new after personal info we'd go to the credit card info, she also asked for it, i gave it to her. She could have checkd the boxes for repeat shipping or what else on the page, i purposely looked on that page for repeat shipping, because i've done that mistake before.
My 30 day free sample for lumanere for $8.57 within 14 days had increased by $178.46, i called BOA cancelled the payments now it's over $267.08. I had received a second package about 15 days after, when i say this in my mailbox i drove to the post office and sent this package back (unopend) they are charging me for that package.
I had used this on my eyebag it was supposed to work at shrinking the eyebag accoding to there website (90 seconds). I took a picture of my eyebag sort of before & after of the treatment there is nothing different about my eyebag after 4-5 treatments. Yes my skin gets skailey some times after using this cream, this has never in my lifetime has this happend.
This is a scam where you are given a "free trial Sample" of their product, where you submit your credit card for the minimal shipping cost and then you are started on a monthly shipment of the product without your consent. I honestly did not realize that I was "agreeing" into a monthly shipment of products costing $88.62. I called them and asked them to stop sending me their products and They still sent me another shipment. I called my credit card company to cancel the 3 months payments, but I think the only way to stop them is to cancel my credit card.
Husband signed up for the free product only pay shipping deal. He neglected to read the fine print which specified the need to cancel within 14 days to avoid full charges. That first charge was our fault. However, I called to cancel the account and was assured that we would not recieve any more charges. The following month we were charged again. Called customer service again and was informed that since there are two product we would have to cancel each account separately. Why in the world was I not informed of this the first time I called? Again was assured that we would not be charged again. Lo and behold we were charged again! This time I was told it was a "mistake" with their computers and that they would refund the money, and again assured me that I will not be charged again. Betting that mext month the same "mistake" will happen. I think I'm going to have to cancel my debit card,
I ordered the free trial and received one eye serum bottle. The next day I received another box with an eye serum and a skin serum (which they charged my account for). I asked them to cancel me from their auto-ship program and yesterday I received yet another box! How do you get them to stop?
Saw the add. Ordered. didn't see the 15 day trial deadline (How can any skin cream and eye cream 0that I DID NOT ORDER work in 15 days). Horroble customer service. Argued with 1st. CS rep. when calceling "subscription". Called again and phone canceling finction does not alert the Co. you have canceled. Received the 3RD!!! package - called again . After CS rep trying to connect recorder (about 5 times) to record complaint, we finally talked. I told him I had canceled and he said no record. -Summary- I finaly got it in his head I DID NOT WANT THE PRODUCT BECAUSE IT DIDN'T WORK AND I WANTED MY MONEY BACK. ...I received a cancelation notice but not the return shipping label PROMISED. Emailed back asking for the label , now I have to call for a survey before proceeding. ***The price is outrageous***

I saw an ad for a face cream that looked interesting and began to order it. BEFORE I entered any credit card info, someone called me. I immediately asked if it was a "one time purchace" or a recurring thing they would send without further request. After some BS, I demanded a "YES OR NO" answer. On the 2nd "demand" she said "yes." (It would be auto-shipped without re-order.) I said "Thank you, I do NOT want it, cancel, ABORT, DO NOT SEND." It came anyway & they billed me $89.84, although it was a "free trial." (I was frantically searching the site to see if this was indeed the case- recurring- no mention of it) My credit card company denied payment and alerted me to fraud. When I called the "company" to report the problem, they gave me a total ration of sh**t. First they tried to get me to pay half, then 25%, then less-- then wanted the product BACK! I argued for literally 30 minutes before they understood they would never get a CENT from me, nor would I stand in a post office line to pay to return something I affirmatively said I did not want. They gave up & I told them I was filling out this complaint. The frightening thing was I had input NO credit card info, but somehow they got it. Scammers extrordinaire! DO NOT fall for this nonsense!
