The company completely misrepresents, their promises to sell you on the $9800 investment include: quality men, successful-educated me, elaborate-fun dates, gentlemen that cover the costs of the date, follow up to the dates, professionally interviewing the matches, coaching, response, respect, privacy, honesty, men that align with you as I am searching a life long authentic partner.
The company misrepsented on all levels listed. Men that hadn't completed college, during the first date foul language, sent a picture of a gun to the head describing how their day was, men that pushed to exploit the basic no's of a first date - alternatively the match maker than would flip that on me, men that sent inappropriate photo's in underwear, disclosed his invite to a dual sex party with a famous model, told me the men didn't think having 2 small children would work for them (that was an understanding going into finding matches for myself - part of what I paid for them to find someone that was open to small children - in fact one match maker told me she didn't have a significant other because of that issue), match makers that while working for LUMA started their own match making company and that is who I was assigned to, of course she was one foot out the door and lagging on follow up, one of my matches ex, mother of her children had stage 4 cancer that spread to the brain.
I asked the match maker to follow up as it didn't seem like a good time to be meeting up with me and they never followed up on that, connected me with someone they use in their promo photo who told me right off the get go it's not as sexy as they make me out to be, pictures are dated -I am looking for someone active - some men were intimidated of my health and fitness (again what I paid for - don't want to waste mine or the other man's time if health and fitness isn't important) ...... When I would try to gain resolve with the company they avoided speaking with me.
I haven't received a phone call to address verbally since they connected me with a man that wanted to break all their rules, was inappropriate on the phone, in text and sent me photo's that were creepy. Christy Tromp response to my complaint initially was so I just want to confirm you want me to move on with his next match?!! Didn't seem alarmed, just moving on. This service is for those who are really busy, I own multiple businesses and 100% care for my girls. They would connect me with men who weren't in alignment with what they sold me on. Shortly into the program I lost faith, gave them chances until I really lost most faith and it's challenging to trust now any man they present. They are taking money and not doing the work has been my experience.
