Luis Ramfis Dominguez Trujillo Reviews

  • Apr 15, 2019

Luis Ramfis Dominguez Trujillo is the grandson of murderous Dominican dictator Rafael Trujillo and because of such is barred from being the Dominican President or attaining elected office in The Dominican Republic. Mr. Trujillo is not eligible in multiple other ways by law to be The Dominican President:

He is not a Dominican Citizen and was not born in the country. He does not meet the residency requirement of over ten years in The Dominican Republic. Even with that requirement met, Ramfis Trujillo would have to have renounced his U.S. Citizenship over ten years ago in an official act before a United States diplomat or official of The U.S. Department of State to qualify under Dominican Law.

Despite this, he has campaigned as a candidate for the Dominican Presidency since 2014, taking large sums of money for both the fake campaign and to register "The Partido Esperanza Democratica" ("PED") in both The Dominican Republic and The United States as a political party, however the Junta Central, The Dominican Electoral Board has issued three information statements beginning in 2016 that the PED was not registered, and that Ramfis Trujillo is not allowed by law to attempt this position.

Ramfis Trujillo continues with an array of associates to operate a for-profit company by the name PED and promote events advertised as political fundraisers for his presidential campaign, an amazing act of outright fraud. These events feature a collection of people who are both victims and participants in the fraud. Ramfis Trujillo has a prior felony criminal record with time served for fraud in Miami, Florida Case #F95033388, Charge of 832.05(2).

He was fined a large sum and put on probation as well. He is accused by an Australian firm BNV of stealing over a million dollars in money meant to build houses for the poor in The Dominican Republic. Now he continues to promote the fake campaign which operates raffles for cars and television sets. Tickets sell for $25-500 dollars in the United States, but promoters also accept "donations" of as little as $10.

Essentially any money they can get their hands on. The more money you donate, the more they promise to you in political positions. The fake campaign has promised to fix Dominican elections and is operated on the illegal promise of political influencing. This fraud operates from a STORAGE LOCKER in Miami. Wow.

Recently a candidate for U.S. Ambassador and investigator appeared on radio programs in New York exposing the fraud. One of the victims of the scam named Madelin Estrella made a video exposing the fraud. The link is below. Madelin, like other people, claim to have been threatened by associates of Ramfis Trujillo, and the fake political orgaization even published a "guide" to effectuate false takedowns of social media sites.

This is a pure scam. There are already criminal complaints filed against Ramfis Trujillo in Reading, Pennsylvania. The scam continues, making those who participate accomplices.
