I would not rent from nor use LPMG Property Management. I rented from LPMG Property Management and had major problems that were never addressed. Also; the owner told me in confidence that LPMG Property Management will tell you anything that you want to hear to get their hooks into you and your property; and, subsequently "milk" it for all that they can! The owner; John Longacre, has to use "Hard Money Lenders" in order to get financing for his own projects! Any "Positive" reviews are either friends/paid for.
