Website is an absolute scam charging $15 to have the certificate emailed to you, $40 for overnight shipping and like $20 for 2 day. Only free option is three day shipping. Obviously this is a scam and a lot of kick backs are going out as well as people laughing at how easy it is to manipulate the system. This website just adds to all of this and doesn't care they charge $25 a re take and $15 for a EMAIL. Whos the dude who thought that would be ok and no one would say anything? This website is nothing but a cash grabber. Even at the end it was still trying to sell me handbooks and other things in a loop of pages that would not end until you kept spamming NO THANK YOU LIKE I SAID THE FIRST TIME!
On July 30th 2017 I was under the impression I was purchasing a new driver package for my son to obtain his learners permit. I was led to believe that the above fee covered the driver assessment test and the 4 hour drug and alcohol block. I was ok with the fee thought it was fair. However upon completing checkout and having already entered cars info I was informed that my card was charged a total of 79.80. An excessive amount of undisclosed fees were attached at the end of transaction. I have sent an email to support and called the 800 number both lead nowhere.
This company is totally a bait n switch company! They charge you to print out your certificate after they up the original price advertised for processing. Even better, took the test before I paid the ticket (was mis-informed) and they wouldn't allow me to retake it w/o being ripped off again, even though explained the situation and it was not even a week since took the class. Ignorant agent wouldn't even let me finish and said no. Wow! Terrible cx svc. No explanation or sorry. Please do NOT use this company.
