Low Cost Interlock ripped me off! They never disclosed their hidden fees, so now I have to pay a bi-monthly callibration fee of $20 which was never explained to me. The bottom of their lease agreement has a laundry list of fees but none of them are explained or disclosed. Deceiving contract.
Terrible experience with customer service. They denied any wrongdoing, even I kept repeatedly telling them what was wrong with the situation. Furthermore, their interlock device ruined all of my electronic components in the car including the dashboard.
It is unsafe to drive my car now that I have their interlock device installed. Complete waste of money, unsafe practices, and non-disclosure. Please beware. They are not "low cost" at the end of dealing with them. They also say they have a training video but I never received the video and no one there directs me to the right place. I was pressured to initial my name on the contract without giving me the chance to read it over. They also took my money first before they gave me a contract.
What they are doing is illegal!
Even if you read the lease agreement, none of those fees are properly explained or disclosed by any sales representative. They shouldn't get away with what they are doing and robbing us blind just to get our business. They take advantage of everyone they do business with. Please take your business elsewhere!
Do not get the low cost interlock it malfunctions all the time and when you call to let them know they do not accept responsibility and you have to pay to get it calibrated.
My situation is a first time service placed in my car ever. Ive had the device 2 months. I would never think such a well know servicer would have so much falsivity behind the curtains. Ive had 2 devices from low cost installed in my car for malfunctions and i am still having miss reading, recalls,fail lockouts, in which result in me having to pay 25 dollars to the service center in a week more then once. The staff overall does not use proffesionalism as a factor to resolve customer issues. I am literally taking pictures of my readings to show proof the machine is reading 0.00. My time is drained and i am in distress. They will never take initiative for sending a brand new handset. They do not follow up with notes as a customer correctly explains, and they will not help the customer resolute the issue at all. I have no words but that id never recomend the company. My life feels like im a prisoner and im seeking this does not happen to others.
