In order to obtain the full picture of what they would charge you, you would have to spend an hours reading through all the fine print on there web site. They say specifically that they do not censor the information but they do as i had discovered after i opened a letter sent to one of the girls who took an interest in me.

I have traveled to colombia the country for 20 years and i can tell who is probably a prostitute or a hired gun to egg a guy on to spending more money by sending gifts etc. In order for you to talk out of the web site you would have to pay $400 to the "Local agency".

Just in order for them to show the girl you embra form, when i called this agency the secretary did not identify herself as working for the company until after i asked her three times. Then she leaves the phone off the hook and transfers the call stating so i could hear obviously " hey john this guy is giving me a hard time with out me even talking to him".

Total waste of time.

STEER CLEAR OF BOTH THE WEB SITE AND THE TOURS

I have an apartement in cartagena colombia and the locals that they advertise as to rent are pieces of junk. Total tourist trap.

Tried this site as it was based in USA. i am older man so i received some invatations from women but it turns out no women from this site in 6 months ever contacted me. it was site getting me to spend money, money, money. no women ever want to talk on phone or use whatsapp, why?? tells me things are not real. i should have read reviews but did after spending to much money with no results.

it has been 1 year now and still have not received a single letter from any women from this site. just a lot of pretty pictures and no action. they say go on a trip to country, why would you go when you cant even get them to send a letter or phone call.as several men did make trip and when they got their the women they had been talking with dissapeared or were already marraid and just sucking up money.

its sad but true that we all like pretty women but it nothing but a TRAP. stay away

Dear Rep,

I'm retired American living in Dnipro, Ukraine for 7 years. I joined the above mentioned site to find a partner. I opened a credit line of $100.00 and started searching for local Woman. With my profile intact I gave out only

the fact that I was in Dnipro. With several pictures attached to my profile showing me in Dnipro, I built up a big volume of mail . Three letters where mailed out and only one answered. It was written like it had been used 100 times for

different men. My last letter was to a local Woman asking her to join me at a well known Coffee Shop, no E-MAIL, or phone number Attached. Next day I find that her profile has been removed upon request. Same

story with every Dnipro Woman, if the letter was from Sir Lanka, etc. no problem just pay the 5.95. This letter is very important and should serve as a warning to anyone like myself living outside U.S.A. Sincerely, Mark Keener.

SCAM. Overall absolutely a scam. They operate under the guise of fairness and probably convince themselves, at some level that they are legit, but they are not. I have corresponded with women on this site and I have been on a tour and visited 3 Socials.

First of all. Letter writing is total BS. Management knows this and this piece is the most lucrative part of their business model. It is also a red flag and represents the core of this organizations lack of ethics. As many have read here, many women are fake, don't write their own letters etc.

Travel. I went on a tour. It is overpriced and not well run but it was not terrible. And you could use it as a way to visit a country you would have never visited otherwise. The Socials are fun in that you walk into a room with 100 women and you are in a group of 20 guys, many social misfits. So if you have any game, you can meet many interested women.

The problem is that there may be 2 or 3% that are serious about meeting someone for marriage. What they ARE serious about, is having you buy them expensive meals while you are there (they get a cut from the restaurant) and using an interpreter, who is their friend (and they get a cut of the $20/hour) and just have a grand old time hanging out with their interpreter girlfriend while some older dude is paying for everything. I was there. This is the norm, not an exception.

My comments are real and true. I expect a plant from AFA will chime in and negate my comments, but do trust me. I was there. Several of the girls that work for AFA regionally and only work the dating room or "war room" as they call it confirmed my suspicions early on. The women at the Socials can earn more money in 1 or 2 dinner dates with you (restaurant cut + interpreter cut) than they can earn in a month and sometimes two at their jobs. Word gets out, and AFA uses regional offices to advertise this way. So they have nothing to lose. And sure, they all know the longshot of meeting their dream man and that is a real option, but they are there to play and make some $$$.

So in summary, AFA is definitely operating unethically and providing misinformation. AFA knows the reality of their letter writing (scam 95% of the time) and that women in the Socials are there for meals, a gifts, or to maybe even get an allowance or a new phone once the man leaves (after being scammed at restaurants and interpreter cuts) as they play like the love him and want him to visit again soon. But AFA is making a mint. This is the reality. They should be ashamed. Or better yet sued. If the saying "what goes around comes around" is true, they have many bad days ahead.

I wrote to a girl on A Foreign Affair through their online dating service with letters and calls. She was delivered to my doorstep from Russia.

Very young and beautiful and quiet and I asked her to marry me, I take the best care of women and take them to the nicest places. Just before the date she told me she arrived on a fake foreign marriage visa. I foolishly felt she was some kind of victim and made sure she knew I was for real. Only after marrying her did I find out she was not.

I married her after knowing her for a few weeks and then after two weeks she said I had to give her everything I own. Her friends who delivered her are Russian Organized Crime, they had 'jacked' someone's phone driving here and then got me in trouble calling her at my number. She said they kept asking her for more money and she showed me obscene photos they took of her raising her dress, the same clothing she for her picture on A Foreign Affair.

I told her I wasn't going to fall for a scam and wouldn't give her anything, she was a criminal working for criminals and only 20 years old she needed to go home to her family, I would help.

She said she would never go back and she would stay as an illegal alien and I felt she'd last about two weeks with those criminals so I let her stay in my house, seeing her as a victim of human trafficking - what was I to do? I'm a good traditional person just looking for a good wife when none was available here in New Jersey. What a mistake. She's the best looking psycho criminal fraud I've ever heard of and makes children sick to get even and hurt people.

She steals whenever and as much as she can and causes me the most terrible harm at every chance, this woman is a Russian terrorist and she yells and screams in Russian on the phone every night. I live in New Jersey and they go along with any woman! I couldn't believe it - that's how the crimninal justice system works in New Jersey to make money - even worse than Russian Organized Crime - they're partners in it and the lawyers say there's nothing they can do.

The State of New Jersey with Russian criminals is the worst possible situation in the world - New Jersey is the most corrupt state not just Christie - and New Jersey homes most trafficked woman in the US many of whom are criminals themselves coming from Russia to New York, Brighton Beach like this one with crooked friends/criminals there, and then drive them to New Jersey to take advantage of lonely good men - worst situation in the world having a dangerous vicious criminal in the house and exposing my family to them.I'm going after the State now and hope to wipe clean the trafficking corruption which has led to federal actions since the State of New Jersey judiciary and criminal justice system is the worst and most crooked in the entire United States, the most insolvent state even with the highest taxes and insurance rates in the US so they vampirically leach money from the trafficking victims, and I mean me and family, and the children who are harmed so badly by them all - worst in the world for good traditional people like myself, literal ***.

Agree. Loveme.com is a scam I spent close to $400 over a three-year period and close to 200 addresses I requested in the end result was I got three basically responses one was gold digging and when I found out I stopped seeing her and within two weeks she married a senior citizen who was well off in Florida and I found out later about her friend of hers she was engaged with two other people while seeing me also the second one try to con me out of money the third one was already engaged

and just wanted to fool around before her marriage to someone she met on the site only thing really legit is the lawyer service but basically you can hire The Firm that handles the Visas anywhere I highly not recommend this site. They changed their format now they no longer offer email addresses they just now offer mail services with you got to pay every time you read and send one out because too many people were waste their money on email addresses that the ladies will not respond to that place is a joke

I have had some limited success Online Dating! Nothing permenant yet. But I've been close several times. I know there are scams out there and that everyone has to be careful. That being said; this is apparently one of those scam agencies! It is called: Rubrides.com. i have been a participant with them for about the last 10 months or so. However, I had always kept in the back of my mind, that they might be a scam! Why? Simple! Every time it got to the point of meeting with someone! There was ALWAYS an excuse! Why they could not! I even say in my Profile on the site that they have to meet and come here to the States to do so! So that is known, prior to someone even writing me! Well, this excuse was the last one! It was the straw that broke the Camel's back!

Long story really short! I found what I thought just may be the "right one" for me! But of course, you never know, until you meet in real life! Therefore, I kept my enthusiasim gated! Boy, am I glad I did! Overall, I maybe spent around $400 or so. Prior to finding this out! Back before The Great Depression II, here in the United States with 100 Million People not working! Approx 1/3rd of our nation! (Hope Trump can fix it like he says!) But, my point anyway is, this amount of money was 1 Night out on the town! So if I keep it in that perspective, it's not to bad. It's bad of course!!! But it was spread out over the entire time period (10mos) so despite the economy, at $12 bucks a pop or so, (You have to buy Credits to send emails. 12 dollars buys 20 credits, it costs 7 credits for every email) over 10 months, it could have been worse!

Here's what happened. Found someone I thought was an Engineer! Claimed worked at an Aluminum Company and traveled to both their facilities in Ukraine and Russia! Either this all was totally made up and fabricated! Or this part was true! However, when I explained that, due to circumstances currently beyond my control.(Terminal Family Member) I Had to move from one state to another! I also have a company I own, and am about to become very busy with it again! Thanks to a new contract offer! There was NO WAY, I could come there to Ukraine or Russia first! it would be at least a year or better, before I could come there! So if they EVEN wanted to see me or start a relationship. I needed ALL their Contact Information (Off site) Including last or Sur Name, Yahoo or Gmail Email addresses, Face Book, Telephone Numbers, etc. (The "Normal Things" you know about someone (even overseas) that your having a relationship with or going to have a relationship with!!! ) And that they would be the ones who had to come here to the States First!!! I was sent back a very curt short reply that they would not and that every "agency" is different blah, blah, blah! Well, two things were wrong, which drove home the point my intuition was correct! 1. It was a different picture of a different person, then, the one I had thought I was speaking too! 2. That person's account was deleted and access was denied!!!! Also, the number of letters recieved from that person listed was wrong!!! It said 3, it was between the two of us, at least 30! So Ding, Ding, Ding, It's a SCAM DATING AGENCY!!!! AVOID THEM and don't waste your time!!! Learn from my apparent mistake!!!
