LOVE Chevrolet of Inverness I bought a new Chevrolet spark 7/15/17 Sat., I was rush to get it done, they added items I did not want, I had my own financing but they used there, they added protective cover $2070 and tire and wheel cover $499 of witch I did not need or ask for. When I got home and read the contract, I call them to have it change and I drove in Monday 7/17/17 and had it changed, at that time they said I would received a full refund in one week. I called a week later and they now said it would take 3 weeks for my refund. I called 3 weeks later and they said it would now take 9 weeks. I am 79 years old and feel they are taking advance of me and I feel I will never received my money back, why do they like to take advance of the old? Inverness Florida

7/17/17 went in and had it redone at which time they said it would take a week for me to receive my refund.
I called a week later and they said it would now take 3 weeks for my refund.
8/22/17 I called and they now said it would take up to 9 weeks for my refund, I went in and talk to the owner, Bryan, who got on the phone and made calls to have things cancel and a check was to be sent to me, said it sure take about a week.
9/6/17 call them and they would not talk or call me back, still no refund as of 9/7/17.
Do they take advance of all of their customers or just us older ones (I'm 79).
