They do not answer the phone or return your calls when you leave a message. They do not return your emails or even provide me with an order number. This is fraud considering it states on their site that they strive for satisfaction garuntted or money back. It is stated that returns or accepted. Onviously they are not!
The pictures posted are not theirs. They are using gymshark leggings pictures from women who have actually purchased Gymshark leggings then photoshop the Gymshark emblem off the pants. These people are crooks and toddlers sewing together pants at best. You won't get a refund. You won't be able to return. It's 50/50 if you even get the pants. Ordered 3 pairs of leggings from love & lupins. They took ages to arrive and arrived separately weeks apart. The first pair were not the correct colour and were awful quality, they had no stretch at all even though they were fitness leggings. The 2nd pair arrived weeks later and were nice but still not the right colour. The 3rd pair never arrived. I asked for a refund as it had been almost 2 months since I ordered the products but was told by customer service that if I wanted a refund they would have to investigate why the product hadn't been delivered and i wouldn't get a refund until the investigation was over. So they sent me out a new product. I am nearly 3 months now waiting on the product to arrive. TERRIBLE COMPANY. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

Thin, weak fabric that is completely see through, bad stitching and overall a cheap look! i wish i had known about this site and read the reviews before ordering. I paid full price for absolutely nothing...I will never wear these, not even around the house. They never respond to emails and delete your comments when you are asking for assitance. After one month I havent even receive a working tracking number. I believe my order hasnt even been shipped at all. Very unhappy with the service.
