Offered free glass pendant with only postage needing to be paid. As I live in the UK postage was $20. Product never arrived. Sent e mail to address on website but is returned not found. The firm are tweeting under name of @lovnmyjewels and they have a Facebook page. They have not responded to my tweets asking for a customer service contact. I can only assume this is a scam and the products don't exist. They are collecting postage payment from each customer then there is no further communication or action
