Lou Fusz Mitsubishi Reviews
The Finance manager sold us a car with a ridiculously high financing charge without notifying us!! She showed us a "shadow" of the contract. Then told us we can read everything when we get home! Up until that point we believed she was being up front with us about everything, I needed a car so we were willing to do what it took to get a vehicle.
There was ABSOLUTELY NO REASON SHE NEEDED TO DECEIVE US IN THIS MANNER!! I got home to reas over eveything to find out I wqas being charged $15000 on a $19000 loan!! Who would willingly do this?? NO ONE!! So now we are stuck with this car that has ABSOLUTELY nothing in it!!
Im upset that she took advantage of my frustration. Mind you she NEVER told us the price of the car nor the financing terms!! she just wanted us to have the down payment ready and to agree on the payment amount!!! I didnt even get to see the car until the papers were signed!!
I questioned all of this but to no avail, Yes I should have walked away. But I didnt believe or want to believe she would screw us like she did!! I'm so mad and I even dragged my daughter into this mess and I am so regretting this decision!!
Lou Fusz Mitzubishi St. Peters engages in immoral and unethical marketing tactics meant to mislead recipients into coming to their store.
They sent me a scratch and win flyer in the mail. When I scratched the flyer my number corresponded with the number next to the 40" television prize. Skeptical, I called the number on the flyer and told them that it says I had won a Television (because the number I scratched was the same number next to the TV). The man on the line confirmed my win, and congratulated me. I kept asking questions, he assured me that there was no catch, I just had to come in and pick it up.
Excited I went out and bought a TV stand and a DVD player. But to my disappointment when I came to the store there were 6 or 7 people in line who also thought they won TV's. We were all sat down one at a time and told that the winning numbers don't correspond to the prize items that they are next to. How convenient! There was no fine print stating such. I would question if this is even legal to mislead people in such a manner. It is doubtful that the Better Business Bureau would approve of such tactics.
Turns out it was all a misleading ploy to get me to look at their cars during their grand opening. I walked out of there with a 5 dollar gift and had to take the TV stand back. This was a huge inconvenience. Please don't waste your time on these clowns.
