I got told I'm "retention" but then it turns out I wasn't. I was to take every single solid call whether it was a customer service call, whether it was a tech call on how to get your password and etc. I had a person I shadowed at this job who went over with me that you SHOULD take the customer service calls to help us out but if not send these calls to customer service. Then my actual supervisor tells me that I must take every single call that comes in and not to transfer any of them. Misleading much? lol they want you to be the sucker and get paid $14 to do everything and to get unclear and conflicting instructions.

Here's what's interesting too, the person i "shadowed" turned out to be my mentor that nobody bothered to tell me until i went into a video call with a lady and her group to get caught up on some training i missed. The thing is though that training session wasn't to tell anyone about a mentor I just asked about more help and got told about my mentor. My great supervisor never mentioned the person I shadowed was also my mentor.

I also got to hear about these 1 on 1's you would have with your supervisor and guess who NEVER got to have any 1 on 1's or ever heard they existed from his supervisor? Hmmmmm wonder why????This lady had absolutely no interest in helping me out just giving me a hard time (shay)..

Working here is pure terror atleast from my experience. I do think the person who trained me had a blood thirst or something. This shay girl there that makes all their video's seems so nice and communicative and etc in the video's. NOT the case for me as she ARGUED with me from day one as a NEWBIE when I just asked questions.

Day ONE on the phones I ask her where a cancelation number is because there's no training in the video's of it. She persists to do one of two things or both 90% of the time. Tell you the information is in the videos (even when it's not) or tell you that she told you already. She does this while a person is on the phone at that and what am I suppose to do, turn on the videos while the customer is on the phone?. This job just started out so swell. I quit a full time position for an alleged full time position that the almighty shay sends me over all these hours to choose from.

All of which were part time hours, I was like um I was told this would be full time and I quit a full time position for this. Shay persists to tell me that she will see what she can do. So I get a screen shot of this 38 hour a week schedule if I take zero breaks and zero lunches I get 38. This screen shot shows no dates on it. You get told upfront when you ask how long training will be, you get told that everyone is different so it's based off of your learning abilities. You need to read the underlining print apparently at this job, must have psychic ability or the thinned skin shay will be on you.

You get trained mostly on slack which you get shuffled links to learn from of video's of shay talking mostly. Gawd forbid if you say something isn't in the video or the narcistic shay is there to defend her perfection and be more concerned with that then actually answering your questions - once again, even if people are on the phone while you ask them through slack. For the first time in my life i got fired from a job without warning. The ever smart shay on the day of firing persists to tell me I don't follow instructions and am unprofessional.

This coming from a lady whom doesn't know what is said in her video's and who argues with me just to answer questions. Sadly she's not smart enough to comprehend that instead of arguing with someone, answering the questions to the newbie would save her time ten fold. I guarantee I could do her job drunk better than she could do her job sober and I'm not even a drinker. I got an ISO wrap sale on a call that was worth $199 on a cancelation call and I couldn't even get a congratulations from her.

I couldn't even get a have a nice day from her even when I redundantly say it to her at the end of the day. Oh wait, I did get a nice day one time, while others were on the phone with us all and we had a discussion about my termination. I've never in the history of my life encountered a person who couldn't even wish another person a nice day. She never said thank you or apologized on her mistakes. She persists to tell me my schedule is in my calendar and I check my email calendar and NOPE. So i tell shay and you know what she says? NOTHING lol, she can't even apologize if her life depended on it or show one ounce of integrity or a conscience.

I've been delayed for a long time for my pay because of her incomplete video's. Just recently they came up with an invoicing format to give to us and her video's were made well beyond this week. So I get told all the information is in the video's lol how is that even possible considering I had one of your trainers on the phone with me, talking to me and going over the format after i complained and she was adding stuff to her format while talking to me. but hey, don't you know, her video's have all the information. I'm still waiting on acceptance for my payroll invoice as they find any cheap excuse to delay your pay and the ever non conscience shay is there to crack the whip and not care about you needing to eat too.

The video I saw for training for doing your time talked of "slacking" over your times to shay. The video also talked about if you have your own invoice format that's fine too. It made everything SOUND relaxed but trust me it wasn't. I get notified of a google doc to access for invoicing on 7/16 a day after our payroll and this google doc in order to edit it you must click "ask permission" or something to edit this document. I clicked "asked permission" waited around 20 minutes of unpaid time and nobody clicked accept so i just said the heck with it I'll screen shot this and go to office max and just fill it out by pen my hours into this format.

Well i get told that pen entered hours aren't allowed(trust me the video didn't specify none of this)... and i get told i must resubmit this yet again. So i drove all the way to office max because nobody was around to click accept to waste my time to do this all over again for a job that i must beg for hours when it was suppose to be full time from the start. I think this company only gets a 4.8 rating on indeed because others watch what everyone says closely. I saw a slack msg about how great this companies rating was on amazon or something. I probably just had the wrong division of this company with a lady who obviously is not in her right mind.

I have half the mind right now to go to my attorney and make this company pay me for all this run around time I've invested plus make them pay me for full time hours that I originally was suppose to get and quit a full time job for this non sense. Don't work here, you won't be treated fairly if there is a biased reasoning. That's my opinion and experience.

I ordered Heal N Soothe to test it out and found it doesn't do a thing for me so I call to cancel my order and I am put on hold for a bit and then I get hung up on so I try again and the same thing happens it says they will transfer me to a customer service associate, I am put on hold again and again after about 20 minutes I get hung up on so I try two days later early on Monday morning about 10:00 and again the same thing happens.

I want to cancel there product coming to me and getting charged for it but I can't even get them on the phone so they charge me $50 plus dollars for something I don't want . There company is setup to steal ones money . How can I stop this from happening to me ? I am going to go to my bank and see if they can help me by maybe putting a block on charges being made on my account for this company.

This thing is a total scam! I dont know if the product is any good or not as I tried it for about 20 days and didnt really notice any difference. My main objection is their no return policy and the fact that they automatically send you a bottle every month even though you may only want to try it out. I am now out about $160 and finally got this thing stopped (I think) but they will not return ANY of my money even though I have at least one unopened bottle which just arrived a couple weeks ago (they say their 30 day return policy dates from the FIRST bottle not the last bottle). BUYER BEWARE!!
