I paid $65 to LACPSD to serve a Defendant in downtown Los Angeles. The process server DINK JONES & nbsp;never served the Defendant and issued a fake Proof of service.
Dink jones deamanded & nbsp; $30 for parking fees and I paid it too. & nbsp; LACPSD scammed $95 and refusing to refund my money
This so called L.A.C.P.S.D also known as "Los Angeles County Process Servers Department" is owned and operated by a single man known as Richard McMillan. Out of many reviews this business has recived, only 50 or so negative ones are true and accurate. Add mine as well. The feedbacks are true and this man plays with people's lives. He tells you what you want to hear, he collects, goes to a check cashing business, cashes the check and disappers. This afternoon, after waiting for seven days of serving two docs for me, I gave him three options; Rich, U r fraud. One of these will happen today at 5 pm. 1. U stop by and give me $94.20 cash or 2. Deliver the proof of serving to the parties and the court or 3. I'll report you to FBI, and sue you for damages. We are option 3 now and I post this before reporting him to FBI and FTC. CA attorney geleral's office and BBB will be alerted as well. The address posted on his web; 3499dollarmessenger.com, is at 1605 S Hoover St # 103, Los Angeles, CA 90006 which is a Water bottling outfit where the clerck saw him two months ago when he used their copier and fax machine, I was told when I visited the site today. The security officer petroling the area have not seen him recently. This place is not open 24/7 as his website indicates.
