I cannot believe how evil people are. I contacted Patti West in reference to purchasing a Teacup Yorkie. I purchased the yorkie about a week later. My family and I had the yorkie for about two weeks before I noticed that the yorkie wasn't acting normal. I took the yorkie to the vet and discovered that he had severe liver and kidney disease. Something that has been in the works before I even purchased him. I advised Patti West of the information and ultimately, she advised me to surrender the yorkie to the vet because there wasn't anything that she could do for him. She asked me if I wanted a new dog or a refund.
I advised that I would like a refund. She told me that she would reverse the charges back to my card, but never did. Patti West stopped responding to my emails and answering my calls. This situation has been very stressful for both my family and I. I have since got the courts involved.
I trusted Patti becuase I was invited to her home to purchase the yorkie. The yorkie was doing very well adjusting in our home. He was happy and loving, but he was not healthy. I conducted my research after the fact and I am disgusted with Patti West. She was arrested June 2016 for stealing dogs and selling them. Also, inspectors at her home had to wear mask becuase the puppies were living in deplorable conditions.
The Colquitt County Sheriff's Office has attempted to serve Patti West over 20 times, but she refuses to open the door for them. It got so bad that deputies had to sit outside of her home for 24 hours in order to serve her. They were finally able to serve her in the middle of the road. If Patti West doesn't know already, I will not stop until justice is served.
