Dishonest! The vehicle on-board computer was showing and error code which may have been an actual problem or just a computer error. The error code was cleared. As a condition of sale they agreed to warranty the issue for 60 days if the error code returned and we would cover parts. The problem did reoccur. When we took it to them for repair they initially tried to charge us 3 times what I could buy the parts for myself, then jacked up the charges by another 50% when we went to pick up the vehicle and refused to return it to us unless we paid it. This violates a few CO consumer protection laws. They also made material misrepresentations regarding ownership of the business and appear to be concealing that ownership in public records. They admitted in court they lie to their customers about who the owner is as "Loris" does not want to get hassled by unhappy customers so he blames the problems on "Eddie" who has no involvement with the business.
