If my cameras and your app aren’t working by TODAY 10/5/2019 I’m going to get the Attorney General of your home state involved and take to social media!
I have been trying to buy a security camara system Lorex LWF1080W-64 for $369.00 or the larger one for several weeks. It is on there site and everytime I talk to them on chat they say its been discontinued and try to sell me LWF-1080b-64 $699.99 that are a lot more expensive. I think this is a bait and switch. They say they are removing the discontinued product for several week but its still there as well as they are still taking your money for it.
That is a big difference to be switched over to a more expensive one. I just want to inform everyone about the experience with this company.
That chat is a joke as well as they answer when they want. I spoke to Alex as well as Rafel in chat and all they want to do is make up a lot of excuses.

I purchased from their Web site a Wireless video security camera system with 4 HD 1080P cameras on July 11, 2017. I had one camera go bad around February 10, 2018 and it took 3 weeks to get the replacement camera. This is when I discovered the cameras were 720p instead of the 1080p. I contacted Lorex by their requirements by opening a Ticket, number 780407 on March 15, 2018 and they closed my ticket on March 16 without a reason
