LOP Solutions, LLC - sent me by email a website to open - with the promises of gaining knowledge of "How to" and learn everything to succeed on the Internet Marketing platform. The video was very lengthy on website found in part of eagueofpower.com. With the website - the site mentioned on its written and video that - customer did not need to return any item when requesting for a refund - simply call them or email them the request. 100% Iron Clad Guaranteed Stamp on Website was so small and no able to be read carefully.
However, I ordered the CD's on February 1st, 2016 - Invoice#12870 - but since it was taking more than 10 days - I decided to call them about not receiving the item. I left my name, number and brief message on their voice mail - and to call me back or email me at : [email protected] . I also email them at: [email protected] on the time already passed and no one has called me or emailed me back. I received the four inches by four inches CD sleeved two CDs, but was not able to play the CDs on my laptop. I attempted calling them and leaving them a message on the defective items - but nobody ever called me back. I emailed them about not receiving an returning calls and called them also but told them if nobody will be reaching me about the matter that I will be contacting my bank. I contact my bank and told them the situation and the claims department filed my claim for $106.95 - since the merchant was not willing to answer my calls or concerns. I emailed them the IRON clad guarantee about receiving a no questions ask policy and honor of the refund - for whatever reason. I also told them in writing that I had already thrown the CDs since I did not have to send it back - according to their video and website Guaranteed.
On February 26, 2016, the merchant contacted me by email that they were not honoring my refund since I had not returned the item. On March 28, 2016, Chase Bank - honored Merchant requests of not issuing a refund and left me without merchandise and my money.
I have contacted my BAnk and disputed the deceptive trade practice this merchant created their own guidelines after the facts were stated. I have no defective items with me and the merchant has deceptively misrepresented themselves with a website and video that claimed different guidelines - to have me make my purchase. Since then I have not received any refund and the Merchant is being allowed to deceptively cheat other customers - if not already make the correction on their video and website since then.
I find it hard to believe that my purchase made by a VISA BAnk card - does not protect me against Merchant with deceptive ways of providing faulty merchandise and then cheating them out of their money with verbal and website disclaimer about a 100% iron clad guaranteed - and it not being so. My invoice #128470 did not have any disclaimers about their return policy - written on it - to prove that items are to be returned or you will lose your money. Merchant have stolen my money and I have nothing to show for it, but the invoice and nothing else and their emails.
I have told my Chase BAnk that I will be formulating a complaint against those Representative not protecting their bank customer and citing with the merchant. I would like this Merchant investigated and since I was charged $9.95 for a CD sleeve with two cd that weight almost 10 oz and the information on the those CDs that had a value of $97 - but nothing was given to see. I do not own a DVD player and they never mentioned that I needed a DVD player - but that I can see it through my laptop - but not a Macbook.
