Purchased a Subaru WRX STI from these guys. Initially had some clutch issues which they would not cover within 30-day warranty period. Took the vehicle to a dealership yesterday (45 days after purchase) only to discover it needs a head gasket replaced and turbo is cracked. They push a $2400.00 after market warranty...I can see why. The cars come in and get sold, in as is condition.

Picked the car up in mid febuary was suppose to beginning of january found out they were in the process of buying it from a walk in client didnt even have it on the lot day after i got the car engine ebrake traction and cruise control light all came on found out it was an o2 sensor they couldnt get me in right away. went away that weekend wheel broke off the car on my way home called my sales guy told him i was 7 1/2 hours away from homei told him my friend who was with me had caa he told me to get the car towed to a shop. i got it to the shop and he said that his mechanic didnt see the car in the parking lot i told him im more than an 8hr drive from the shop that would of been a $5000 tow bill afteri told him AGAIN! were i was at he just stopped responding to me got ahold of the general manager down there told him the whole situation he saide dont worry we will cover it all perfect took the car down there found out they are only reoplacing me the o2 sensor he told me couple days prior that he would arrange a loaner car for me to still get back and forth to work at no charge turns out im paying $40 a day for a car that has a broken autmatic clutch i just want my car back will never be dealing with these guys again i even sent him pictures of my car when i was broken down i also sent them to my sales guy with no reply for almost a week after
