Todos saben que este lugar es terrible, el precio real debería ser de $ 500,000 para un departamento en Springs
están ellos cobrando 5 veces más de lo que deberían por sus terribles departamentos.
Mi amiga de montererry compró un departamento en Springs para utilizarlo en sus vacaciones de semana santa
No quiso escucharme cuando le dije de lo terrible que era.
Ahora ella esta bastante arrepentida de haberlo comprado !!
El eco que se escucha por el ruido de la alberca cada vez que alguien se avienta un clavado ,
y despues cuando bajas a la alberca, todo mundo te mira y los hombres que habitan ahi, te
silban y gritan mamacita desde la terraza , es bastante insoportable !! (ojo son los propietarios no los trabajadores)
Aparte de todo esto hay un pervertido que vive ahi en el tercer piso un viejo cochino y anciano , que se expone desnudo en la terraza cuando mira a las mujeres en la alberca , hasta una vecina juraria que lo miro tocandose solo !!
Ya nos pusimos en contacto con seguridad y con la administracion y nada han hecho al respecto ya que ese viejo
pervertido es propietario de 3 o 4 departamentos de Springs y administracion no hacen nada
para evitar ese viejo cochino ya que es un peligro para nuestras ninas tambien .
Aparentemente ese anciano es muy amigo del director Jesus Gilabert de Urban Homes asi que probablemente se protejan entre ellos mismos.
Evita invertir en Springs Long Island Astoria Gated Community o te arrepentiras como lo hizo mi amiga. Se los dejo a su conciencia !!

they are charging 5 times more than they should for their terrible apartments.
My friend from montererry bought an apartment in Springs to use it on her Easter holidays
He did not want to listen to me when I told him how terrible it was.
Now she is quite sorry to have bought it !!
The echo that is heard by the noise of the pool every time someone throws a dive,
and then when you go down to the pool, everyone looks at you and the men who live there, you
whistle and scream mommy from the terrace, it is quite unbearable !! (eye are the owners, not the workers)
Apart from all this there is a pervert who lives there on the third floor an old pig and old man, who is exposed naked on the terrace when he looks at the women in the pool, until a neighbor swear that I see him touching himself!
We have already contacted security and the administration and nothing has been done about it since that old man
pervert owns 3 or 4 departments of springs and administration do nothing
to avoid that old pig because it is a danger for our girls too.
Apparently that old man is very close to the director Jesus Gilabert of Urban Homes so they probably protect themselves.
