The promised a free flashlight and after collecting my personal information wanted to bill me a shipping charge way more than the value of the flashlight.

When I complained, Luigi Cozzolino offered to send it to me at no charge on 1 February 2019. Here is is March 13th and I have not received it.

He is a cheat overing a free gift and then requiring a huge shipping fee. He is a liar for offering to ship me one, and never doing so.

Our offer clearly states that the 2 items are free you just have to pay shipping and handling for $9.95. $9.95 is not an inflated shipping cost. We can assure you that we are not out to cheat any customers. We are a Christian Company! To be fair, he this customer did not even place an order. You can contact us at [email protected]

RECENT ORDER

Shouldn't even get a one (1) star. I placed an order 16 July 2020 (actually I didn't even hit the "ORDER" button)!! Then I get immediate emails stating my order was placed. However, I didn't receive a receipt for the order with the total plus I didn't even get an ORDER NUMBER. I emailed them twice now with no response. They give a phone number to call but it leads you right back to emailing them. And they're a CHRISTIAN COMPANY?????!!!!! Never buy into their SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!

Terrible customer services

Purchased Nova P50 flashlight from them. Product looked as if it had already been used. I called and emailed them multiple times to question the condition of the product as well as the use of one of it's functions and they refused to call me back or return my emails. When you call their number, you are directed to email them instead so that they can better serve you quickly.....total scam.

Any products that seem defective we reship to the customer at no cost. Hopefully this is just a miscommunication. Please contact us at [email protected] and we will reship you another NOVA.

To good to be true

Has a real deal going on and I cannot find out if site is safe, ie credit card use. Selling a headlamp, 2 flash lights, pen and 3 oz of gun oil for $40, double the order for $20 more. So no order. Internet will not say if he is legit or a scam. only comment is above. Cannot chance him with info.

Based on your this review, this person did not actually order. That offer they are speaking of is accurate. The could of called us to verify or email us and we could explain all the details in our offer.

Received my replacement Nova P50

Today I received my replacement flashlight that I was promised! I contacted Lone Survivalist about a week ago through email and explained that I thought there was something wrong with the charging circuit! I was told to keep the old one and they would send out a new one! Within a week I received a brand new one!! I would consider this a very good customer service gesture!!

Replacement if a defective Nova P50

I emailed and explained that my Nova didn’t seem to be charging correctly and I was told that they would send out a new one! Also I was told to keep the defective one! Unless I don’t receive it, I would say that’s a good customer service response!!

Repacking a defective Nova P50

I emailed Rob at the Lobe Survivalist and told him that my Nova didn’t seem to be charging correctly! I received an email back saying they were shipping me a new Flashlight and just keep the one I was inquiring about! Unless I don’t receive the replacement, I think this is a great customer support gesture!!
