Absolutely horrible. My car was towed from my apartment complex. I went to get it a few days later. My father went with me to go get it. Upon looking at the car, I realized that there was significant damage to my front bumper. When asked, **GILMORE** (desk attendant), claimed that the damage was already there and they had photos to prove it. I asked to view the photos, and was told no. because "she doesn't have to show me" She was very snide and unpleasant. My father was simply asking questions and she got louder and accused him of threatening her. He did no such thing. I called back for further details and she was as rude and snide as ever. I've made a claim with my insurance company and will be filing a suit against the company. All this trouble in order for them to fix the damages that they caused to my car. One star is too much and it's a wonder that they're still in business.
These people illegally towed my car from my apartment complex and wouldn't release it without my having to pay the ransom. State law requires wrecker services to accept credit cards but they wouldn't accept mine. They said their machine was down and I had to pay with cash or check. Even though it was their fault they couldn't accept credit cards they charged me storage fees for the days their equipment was down. When I objected they told me to pay or lose the car. I have filed complaints with the BBB and the Texas commission that oversees wrecker services. I wasn't the first to do so. They have been fined for illegal activity before.
