I met with him face to face at his homewhich is also his business address, and got a signed agreement from him to refund me. It's been over a month now and to date - he has not sent me a refund. I have now filed a petition with small claims court and waiting for a court date.th
His excuse for not getting the work done right away was that the supplier sent him the wrong size product. He told me that he could re-order but it would take another seven days to get the product. If they sent the wrong product, he should have already placed a re-order and advised me before I had to track him down.
He also told me that he was having problems with his phone and work truck which prevented him from calling. I have spent a lot of time looking at reviews online since this problem started and it seems to be a consistent issue of his to take deposits from good people and then not respond to calls, or if he does he has a myriad of excuses for the delay - illness which could be his or a family member, trips out of the country, etc.
